My family loves this Y and the staff is so nice here! The splash pool for the kids means no worries for mom’s with little ones who love the water and the locker rooms are always immaculately cleaned. One of the best in the metro area hands down!

The Y is the best deal goin’, and this is a kick-​ass Y.
Here’s what my family of four gets for roughly $ 400 a year:
Use of the gym. Great weight room and cardio area. It’s slammed right after work, of course, and sometimes it takes a week or so for a run-​down piece of cardio equipment to get repaired, but at that price, you can’t beat it.
One free walk-​through from a trainer showing you how best to use the machines to meet your goals. Frances RULES!
A crazy array of group fitness classes. (Cardio-​phunk anyone?)
Free child care during most of the day if mom or dad are exercising. It can get a little «Lord of the Flies» right after work, but most of the time it’s pretty in-​control in there.
Use of the pool for laps, splashing and super inexpensive swim lessons. We signed up my daughter for group lessons for something crazy like $ 20 a month, and she was the only one in her group, so it ended up being private lessons for $ 20 a month.
Use of sauna, steam room and hot tub. The hot tub breaks a lot.
Use of the indoor track and basketball gym for pickup games (as long as league games aren’t going on.)
Locker rooms that are immaculately maintained.
Preferred pricing on all sorts of kiddie sports. The wee ones can give soccer or basketball a try. If they hate it, you’re only out $ 55.
Use of Ys all over the country if you travel. Nice.
