This location recently closed due to the«economy» but I have my doubts. I did use them for my wedding and for the most part things went as planned. That is until the day of the wedding. I had numerous conversations, emails, Skype, and photos shared with Jelena so that I would get exactly what I wanted for my big day. She seemed very excited and asked questions about the things she was confused on… at first. The day of the wedding, she ended up coming in my bridal suite to tell me that I never told her the right amount of reception tables and she had to make up an arrangement at the last minute. Of course, our contract has the correct amount of tables on it. She also was missing a boutonnière. She added lavender filler to all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, which I never agreed too. Please keep in mind, my colors were teal and aqua(Caribbean ocean colors). She added rhinestones to my bouquet which i never agreed to and in fact I told her not to add anything at all. She decided to put a dark purple ribbon on my bouquet(we previously agreed on ivory) and on my maid of honor and bridesmaid bouquets. She basically lied about a color of flower. I sent her swatches and explained I wanted bright, tropical flowers and I ended up with deep purple. As the first reviewer said from over a year ago, there was no meeting space and no sample arrangements. We agreed to do a Skype meeting in which I would see sample arrangements and colors but of course, she didn’t have everything. She just showed me a vase with a couple of flowers. Overall, things looked pretty but the details were all wrong! Stem has closed and she now works at Fioretta! Jelena has agreed to a partial refund. She wanted to send an apology arrangement but I would not accept that. She continued to be unprofessional in her emails especially with the last few. SHe had to get the«last word» so she sent the last email of which to which I will not respond. Please don’t use Fioretta unless you truly don’t want to be involved in your floral at all or you are only purchasing something at the store.

Although this is a nice store and David Tutera is a well know and great designer, I would NOT recommend this location. I recently had an appointment with Jelena, the store’s general manager to plan the floral arrangements for my wedding in Atlantic City. Jelena ended up never showing up for the appointment. i only found out about this when I called HER. She told me over the phone that she had more important things to worry about and therefore had to cancel with me. Basically, the store does do a lot of high profile arrangements and events, but I feel this is no reason to treat us «normal» folk like crap. When I then tried to call her back, she screened my call and would not answer me. I then blocked my number and she answered. When I tried to explain to her that I was upset with her for canceling my appointment, she called me «very rude». After yelling at me, she told me SHE would still do ME the favor of letting me have their services. I obviously declined. This store seemingly doesn’t care about their customers unless they are someone famous. They also just try to make themselves sound good by constantly throwing out the name David Tutera. Even though Jelena canceled I still was at the store and met with a designer, she was very nice, but had NOTHING to show me. The back was a mess and there was no meeting area. My mother and I had to climb over trash and chairs to get to the small closet«office.» The receptionist had no information to help me either. With the prices being slightly outrageous, I would expect better service than this store is obviously capable of. Added to the bad customer service, i never got to see any kind of samples for the wedding and the designers had no idea where to even begin with helping me plan designs. The designers work based off of some pictures they have from David’s collections, not from working with each bride’s personal ideas.
