Great burritos. Get the margarita burrito, it totally changes the flavor in a good way. Owner was super nice and great customer service. Will definitely go again.

The food here is very good. With my job I have eaten at almost every taco truck in Merced County. The prices are the same as most trucks but the food is better. There salsa is good, especially the green.

Burritos are good. Not great. I ordered 6 tacos no chili and two burritos by phone. Came to pick them up and there were three plates ready. I asked the lady if there were 6 tacos she said yes. I got home and there were 5 tacos with chili. I didn’t want to waste my time driving back over there. Don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of other taco trucks in town that know how to take an order correctly.

Went there yesterday and the carne asada burrito was half the size of a normal taco truck burrito. I rather go to Beachwood taco truck instead.

They are absolutely awesome. Just really really really wish they would do at least a breakfast burrito. That is the only thing missing.

In my never ending hunt for the hole in the wall joints throughout the state, I decided to try out margaritas taco trailer based on the previous reviews I found here on Unilocal.Went ahead and ordered a burrito de lengua without beans I love beans but I always order without the beans because the beans do mask the flavor of the meat just like barbecue sauce masking the flavor of ribs. The flavor of the lengua was second to none I was very surprised how good it was the burrito was a bit on the small side though for $ 550.

Best Burritos Ever! My friends and I all came here for the first time and two of us ordered the fritada margarita burrito and the other a carne asada margarita burrito. Now the difference between the regular and margarita is that the margarita burrito is grilled on both sides which adds a crisp texture and seals in amazing flavor. Web we got home you could hear echoing of «omgosh this is so good,» and«amazing!» They give generous portions and are call in friendly. I wouldn’t recommend outdoor seating on hot days because there’s no fan or air conditioner, plus the flies will eat up your food. The rolled tacos are also very tasty. It’s similar to a tostado with chicken inside, toped with fresh lettuce, salsa fresco, sour cream and cheese. I also ask for salsa verde to make the dish even more epic. MUSTTRYIFINATWATER!!!

Ok, n just ok. I wanted to like this place cuz I live close by n this is the only option for food in the area. Not the best taco truck, but convenient. He uses whole beans instead of refried so I have to pass :(. No consistency on his hours of being there. He is nice but I would drive elsewhere for more authentic food.

Prices and food are decent. They set up some tables and chairs in front of the truck, but it’s so hot in the summer that I usually take the food to-go and eat in my air conditioned home or car. My two favorite items are the tacos and Margarita burrito, torta looked good too. Tacos are cheap $ 1.25 each, and I always be sure to get a lengua and a carne asada. Margarita burrito is basically a burrito that’s grilled on the outside after it’s been rolled. Default meat is asada, which is pretty salty(in addition to the oily grilled tortilla), so have some water ready. Sometimes it comes with cheese, sometimes it doesn’t, depends on who’s making it. Just ask to clarify if you have a problem with cheese. Unfortunately, the Margarita Burrito does not keep that well, it ends up as soggy as any other other burrito but has a burnt taste. Lesson learned: finish it in one sitting!

I have been here twice and enjoyed the food each time. The first time I had the al pasteur tacos… spicy and tasty. Then I ordered the one beef & one chicken… tasted a little bland but maybe that was because I had the spicy al pasteur first. The owner was cooking and was very accommodating when he saw my mobility was impaired — I appreciated this so much. The next time I had the Margarita burrito(al pasteur) it’s very good too. I’m hooked.

I read the other reviews, and I work nearby, so I thought I’d try Margarita’s Tacos. I’m definitely not disappointed. Today I had the carne asada tacos with everything. They’re spicy, but not too spicy… good flavor. They were served with onions, guacamole, salsa and cilantro for $ 1.25 each. I placed additional to-go orders for friends from work, and for four of us, it was a total of $ 12.50…a pretty good value, and they all enjoyed theirs too. I met the owner. He pointed out some improvements just made to the outside seating area… looks good. He and the lady working the grill were both very nice. Tomorrow I’m going back to try that $ 4.25 burrito others recommended.

We love this truck. I am used to the trucks from Modesto, and was very surprised to find one to give them a run for their money just a few blocks from my own house. The food is always spicy and awesome and the girls are super nice too!

Two words — margarita burrito. Ay dios mio! My weekly trip to this local taco truck has quickly become a Friday night tradition for me and my roommates. Nothing says«TGIF» quite like a crispy, cheesy burrito chock full of flavorful meat(my meat of choice is fritanga = beef, pork, chorizo) and all the fixings. The burrito is grilled on both sides, adding to the wonderful medley of flavor and texture goodness. So simple, yet overwhelmingly satisfying. Beware, these burritos are addicting. And for $ 4.75, you can’t go wrong! They serve up some equally delicious tacos as well. I’ve tried the carne asada and al pastor, and neither will disappoint. For you hot sauce/salsa fiends, this place packs some serious heat. For the margarita burritos, salsa is usually served on the side. For the tacos, usually served on top, so beware if you’re sensitive to spice. My Friday nights would not be complete without a trip to Margaritas. Two words — food coma.

Always good for lunch(or anytime). The food is fast and tasty. Today I tried the Torta instead of my usual — tacos. I love the pastor tacos a lot. I crave them. This torta is delicious and filling. Glad I tried something new. My friend got the Magarita burrito, it is gigantic.

Margarita burritos! I’ve only been in Atwater for 3 days and have heard endless raving about the margarita burritos at this taco truck. Like, it’s so good that my colleague would buy it every Friday evening after work on his way back to the Bay Area. I had the margarita burrito with carne asada. It wasn’t too heavy and like the previous reviewer mentioned, the tortilla is grilled on both sides, which makes a huge difference in quality. I’ll definitely be back to try it again with chorizo. Sounds like fritanga is a must-try too! They also have tacos, I think they offer tripe and tongue. I’ll find out next time! $ 4.75 for the margarita burrito, $ 4.25 for regular burrito. I’ll post some pictures of the menu. Warning: the hot sauce(green sauce) isn’t too spicy at first, but there’s a delayed kick, and it’s a pretty big kick! Consider that before you start drizzling everything with it. ;) Update: the tacos are amazing as well! I had 2 tacos de tripa, which are 25 cents more than the other meats at $ 1.50 each, and 1 taco de fritanga at $ 1.25. Loved them all. The red sauce was crazy spicy though. ;)

they serve the best darn burritos EVER. yes, it’s a taco truck but the service here is great — they remember who you are and on the colder days will walk out to your car when your order’s ready or you can sit at their little covered eating area too. the key is to order the margarita burrito, which is a HUGE, freshly made to order grilled burrito. they offer carne asada, fritanga(it’s beef/pork/bacon/chorizo — so yum but not the healthiest!), and not on the menu, but they have well-marinated chicken too. the burritos are grilled on both sides so they’re crispy on the outside and filled with burrito awesomeness on the inside. $ 4.25 for a lunch that leaves you so stuffed you can’t sit straight but still crave another!
