So I live across the street from this Jimmy John’s. We ordered a couple subs on a super snowy night. On the phone, we were told it might take a little longer than usual, due to the snow. We understood and said okay. An hour and half later, we are wondering where the subs were… We called the store the inquire and the delivery guy answered the phone and told us «well, I was there and you never answered your door.» (Which is false because no one ever came to our door) and I am not disappointed because they «went to the wrong door» but that the delivery guy wouldn’t call us and make an effort to do his one single job– deliver the food. Officially protesting this Jimmy John’s.

I ordered a sub and drink here earlier today. I tried the app ordering so was a little nervous it wouldn’t work. My food was at my home within 15 minutes of my order!!! Wow! Very impressed

Sandwiches were well made but service was not freaky fast. We waited about five minutes for our order which in jimmy johns time is a lifetime when the store is not busy.

I’ve never had Jimmy John’s before, but this location is directly behind the Holiday Inn Express and was a perfect stop for a late afternoon lunch. We all grabbed some sandwiches and chips before heading back to the hotel to dress for the wedding.
Everyone enjoyed their food and I was glad to see that us boring people can be satisfied by a sandwich joint — I was able to order plain roast beef on plain bread. Plain. Nothing else on it. Thank you Jimmy John’s. Jalapeño chips that they offer are very tasty, and you can even get any sub in a lettuce wrap. We liked being able to walk from the hotel to get lunch, and then back.

I first visited this location during a promotion where all the Metro Detroit Jimmy John’s were selling subs for $ 1 from 11am until 3 pm. For $ 1, who wouldn’t stop? Normally, you would need a good hour worth of wait time for an event like this. I was amazed how organized they were and how quickly we were moved through the entire process, under 10 minutes. The employees were energetic and well prepared. The $ 1 gimmick worked for me. We’ve been back two times since then.
Little known Jimmy John’s secret? You can purchase their day old bread for spare change!

Very nice sandwiches here.
They seem to have shrunk over the years, but the price is still pretty good, and they are fast and fresh.
Just think that in order to fill up I’d need 2.
I tried introducing some friends to JJ’s, and they were disapointed that the subs were so small.
