This is a very wonderful place to do business! We had Adam who is the owner come out and give us an estimate on refinishing the kitchen and dining room hardwood floors. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get the job done for us in a very timely manner.
While he was estimating our hardwood he also measured the entire house so that when we are ready to get carpet he can just plug the numbers in for the carpet we want and give is an estimate.
Very professional. Very good customer service. I felt very safe having them in our home while we were not.
Floors look great! We will be having them do some more work for us in the future (tile, carpet, etc.)

I scheduled to have floors redone august 2. I thought that the previous owner was knowledgable. We got a quote and when I called recently it turns out there’s a new owner Adam.
Adam came up and he was EXTREMELY professional, and knowledgable. He told us all of his experience and credentials and also let us know how he chooses sub contractors and also what his own limitations are. We wanted our stairs refinished and he referred us out. He made it clear he didn’t endorse the person only that he knows of the process they use and knows it’s good.
I will update this when the work gets done but so far so good. I read only one other review which was one star and noticed there were no details. Her complaint was they are out to make a buck which is the basis for ANY business so I didn’t really see that as a deterrent.

i got plank flooring custom installed and it’s beautiful. The people who work there seem very interested in making sure the customer gets what she wants. Not a bargain, but a really good floor installation
