Arby’s

Went to order tonight at the drive thru, I ordered a chicken sandwich and a Andes shake. She input a chocolate shake and a chicken salad. SMH wow! I even repeat myself 2x just to make sure she heard me correctly and she still got it wrong. I was going to complain but didn’t want her to spit in my food. So I kept the shake and gave my salad to my daughter. Won’t be back ever again :)

The staff at this location are the BEST! So nice, friendly and they go out of there way to be accommodating. They have the absolute sweetest older lady who has worked there for over 22yrs. Shift manager Ali, you rock! oh and the chicken cordon Bleu San which is delicious!

I had the new «Load Italian Sub», it was amazing! Loved it!!!

The kids love the curly fries and the drinks. The sandwiches are fresh and fun to enjoy. Too bad they got rid of that Italian sandwich a while ago. Was one of my favorites.

Absolute worst arbys ever. The customer service is non existent and it’s extremely dirty, and unfortunately experienced this several times. (It’s the only one nearby and I love me some curly fries) but it’s not worth it, tonight is the last night coming here.

This is my favorite Arby’s in the area and for good reason. I have consistently gotten exactly what I ordered while going here both dine in and drive through. I order a mish mosh across the menu and regardless of what I order, it is always fresh, hot (when applicable), and worth it! I generally order at least one beef and one ham sandwich, both of which are flipping delicious every time. Recently my husband has taken to ordering this pecan chicken salad wrap but their other wraps are good as well!
As far as clean goes, this is an older Arby’s but for being a bit outdated it is very clean.
I have worked in customer service for a long time and as far as I am concerned the good people at this restaurant will treat you with the same respect you show them. If other reviews mention negativity then perhaps it began with them? In all my dealing with the staff they have been nothing short of courteous and pleasant and at most time outstanding.
This Arby’s will not disappoint, it is worth passing the six other fast food restaurants in the area by.

Not so great customer service is the hallmark of this restaurant. The manager will argue with you if they get your order wrong. Don’t dare ask if the customer is always right either. The cashier will tell you «no!». Other than that, they have the same overpriced fast food as any other Arby’s.

This is the Arby’s closest to my house. Their food is good. I can’t say I’ve noticed employees being loud here, but I’m not usually that attentive to the staff.
The folks here are usually nice and get my orders done in a timely manner.

This place employs some of the LOUDEST TALKING employees of any Arby’s I’ve ever been to! I have to sit at the furthest end of the building and still hear every word they scream at each other, even though they are a few few feet away from each other.
TALK A LITTLE SOFTER, people! Customers don’t pay for or deserve to hear you talking so freaking loud to each other!
