I know very little about nurseries, so this review comes from a novice. I had to walk through and around this business several times this week while eating at Crêpe Myrtle Café. Also just in front of the restaurant is a produce market which looks fantastic. All three the same owner and close together. Parking should be adequate and it’s well marked. I would caution anyone that is shopping in the earlier AM about there watering. A. If you get well water on your car in 100 degree weather your screwed by the water spots which will NOT come off… yep I did get water on my car, but knew what to do. B. If the sprinklers are on then be cautious that you don’t get hit in the face with one. Yep, that also happen to me. The business located just off of South College is easy to find with great signage. Although Blooming Colors is not huge I bet they would have most anything that your looking for. The interior displays are gorgeous and well thought out. Many items to decorate your garden and yard with. The nursery is decent size and again I would suspect you could find just about anything your looking for, but imagine they focus on plants native to AL. Everything that I saw looked very healthy. I can tell you this, they should do water them well, ha! I did buy something today from them, a gift card for the restaurant. The woman the I dealt with and had met on another occasion was very nice. Possibly she is the manager, or maybe owner. Everything was handled professionally. I would love to provide a strong review and blow this to a 5 stars. However, I have nothing to compare it with. I can tell you that for what I saw it’s worthy of an above average rating.
