Went to See Jessica for the first time! She was friendly, quick and very personable. I was greeted in such a sweet manner and did not have to wait at all! I will be back for more services! What a great salon filled with great people!

I love Brix salon! Jackie does my hair and she is truly an artist. Brix has a pleasant atmosphere with super friendly staff. I would recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed.

I went to BRIX the day before I went on a cruise to Mexico to get a manicure and pedicure. I was helped by Sarah, who is super nice and a great person to talk to. The environment is really relaxing and private. My manicure turned out great! I had done the gel polish before at a different salon and within the next few days it begins to chips so I let Sarah know of this problem and she reassured that this time they should stay on for at least 2 weeks and not chip. My gel nail polish lasted over 2 weeks plus I LOVED the color for them. Sarah did a great job on my pedicure as well! I will definitely be going back to her for my next spa day!

Everyone at this salon is extremely nice, friendly and helpful especially Jackie Outman the stylist who cuts and colors my hair. I am very happy with her ability to style my very thick and naturally wavy hair. She truly cares about what you want and listens to the customer rather than do whatever she wants like so many stylists. She knows how to cut my very challenging hair type which if inexperienced ends up looking frizzy. Thank you Jackie you are the best!

Woah! I have too many great things to say about this salon, it would go on for days!
I had my hair colored and cut by Rene and she did everything I wanted and more! I now have a really nice ombré and light layers to take a little weight out of my very thick hair.
The front desk was so nice and welcoming when I came in, they offered me a Mocha and cookies while I waited; so good!
The setup and design is so cute, over all it’s unlike any salon I’ve ever been to. This was a experience!!! Can’t wait to go back in 6 weeks for a trim :)

I LOVE brix! I just got my hair done here about 2 weeks ago. Stephanie did my hair, and she is just AMAZING! Everybody who I met there was extremely nice, the salon was clean and welcoming! This was my second time coming here and I will obviously be back :) the hair washing room is probably my favorite, it’s nice and quiet with the lights dimmed. Very peaceful! I had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back! And Stephanie did wonderful!:)

Please note that this rating is SOLEY for the product Yonka that the esthetician sold to me. I’m so disappointed that I felt the need to write the review because the combo for the 2 Yonka products she sold to me was $ 344.00 and did absolutely, positively, nothing for me. I saw no difference, at all, whatsoever, and $ 344.00 is not chump change to be spending on products that do not work. I was also told that this product would last a number of months, but it maybe lasted me 5 – 6 weeks. I specifically said that I did NOT want to purchase this product if it would only last a month for that kind of money, unless it was some kind of miracle cream. I was assured it would last longer AND that I would see results. I used it exactly as told and also read in the pamphlet, and it surely would never last as long as I was told by the esthetician, and no way would it last for months!
I write this review ONLY to let others know my experience with this product (Yonka). Maybe just take caution in purchasing this product since it is expensive and also since I personally saw no results at all. And, I am not happy about it.

Can’t go wrong with this place. Lot’s of talented stylists and always a great experience. It is apparent in their knowledge and customer service that they focus on keeping up with the latest trends and education. Highly recommend this salon.

Stephanie was awesome! Besides the fact that she’s super friendly and really cares about how you want your hair (which is super important to me because I love my length) she is GREAT at what she does.
I haven’t had my hair professionally cut in about 4+ years because I haven’t found someone I’ve been happy with. That being said, I will definitely be coming back to Brix to see Stephanie. And you should too.
You won’t regret it!

Stephanie Martin at the Brix is the best. Just walking in the Salon makes you feel like a princess and Stephanie makes me leave feeling pampered. She is fun to visit with. If you are looking for a great experience check this place out. And for the best stylist try Stephanie.

Ajia is fantastic! Color and cut is my usual visit. Her color matching is exquisite! They use very healthy color products.
I also had the great experience with waxing with Jessica. She knows what she’s doing, does it fast.
Because I spend quite a bit of time there each visit, it is great to spend time with people that are great to talk with.
Their cucumber water is also very very nice touch.

Love this salon! Ajia, my stylist is great. She Has been doing an amazing job on my hair. The staff are super nice and always very welcoming. Coffee, tea, drinks & snacks are a plus :).

The ladies at BRIX Salon worked their magic on my entire wedding party! I contacted BRIX a month or so before my wedding day and they more than willing to take on my large wedding party. They even came in early! The owner was easy to work with and extremely professional. Since I am not from the area, the owner and I communicated frequently on the phone about appointments and details. Jessica did my bridal make up (airbrush) and it lasted all night! Jessica took her time and listened to what I was envisioning for my look. My Bridesmaids also looked stunning all day and night long. Thank you BRIX Salon for making my wedding day prep relaxing and exciting for all 11 of us!

I just went for my third haircut and style. I liked the 1^st stylist, not available when I need my next cut. Tried another stylist, she has limited hours now. Tried a third stylist (if you can call her that) and was extremely disappointed. I told her I was unhappy. She just acted flustered and asked what she could do. After I held up the obvious uneven hair pieces I told her there wasn’t anything to be done at this point except cry. Everyone in the salon avoided eye contact with me and was hoping I wouldn’t make a scene. The lady behind me in line waiting to pay just looked at me wide eyed and shook her head. Two people in the waiting area laughed out loud when I walked out. I really wished I would had taken a picture, because I could have submitted it to Ellen for the worst hairstyle.

I went to Brix for the first time last week and was extremely impressed. Libby cut my hair and the result was awesome. She found out what I wanted and followed it perfectly. I left very happy. The atmosphere was great, it didn’t reek of ammonia, the staff were wonderful and everything was spotlessly clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Libby is great! My best friend just had her wedding this last weekend and Libby came onsite to do the bridesmaids hair. I am also a Hairstylist/​MUA in Napa. I was so impressed by her updos and her cheerful demeanor. On top of the updos she also applied lashes that didn’t budge all night. I definitely recommend Libby.

This salon is by far and above the most professional, gorgeous place you will ever step foot in! It’s like walking into heaven. Jackie Outman has been doing my hair for a few years now… I’ve followed her to this salon and what a treat it is. Everything is great… the products make your hair smell and feel like a dream. They have a staff full of talented people and an atmosphere to knock your socks off.
Jackie is so talented… BEST hair cuts I’ve EVER had and she can make it look exactly like any picture you bring in. (I change my look a lot and she is always up for the task!) The color is always spot on too! BRIX keeps all their staff continually educated… you won’t find a more experienced group of beauty professionals. Next time you want your hair, nails or skin cared for with passion BRIX is the salon to visit. You will never go anywhere else again!

Just had my first facial… ever! Jessica was awesome. All the products they use smell nice. I had heard that a lot of estheticians try to push you to buy products after your facial and I was ready for that, but surprisingly Jessica did not even try it. I was relieved, but also curious. She didn’t mention the names of any of the products she used, which was kind of disappointing because I really liked them. Some people mentioned getting free samples at BRIX, but I was not offered any. Maybe they give them to regulars, which would be understandable.
They were slightly more expensive than the other places in Auburn, but since I have never had another facial I have no idea whether their prices for specific services are good. All I know that they are much cheaper than any facials offered in San Francisco! I would definitely go back.

If you’ve been looking for a salon, Brix is IT! And if you’ve been looking for a stylist Nicole is AWESOME!!! I have a haircutting phobia, and yet, I trust Nicole so much that I had her chop off my waist-​long hair and give me a super short pixie cut. I’ve only had the cut 24 hours and have gotten so many compliments. She is an artist at what she does, very intuitive, and excellent at communicating. I’ve also had Stefanie trim and color my hair and she’s amazing too. The whole vibe there is very positive. I will be a customer for life. :-)))))

Ajia Rocks… She has been cutting my hair for over a year and last week I took the plunge for a new color and new cut. I LOVE it and have gotten great compliments from everyone. THANKS Ajia.
This is a relatively new salon in Auburn and they have done a great job creating a fun and efficient environment. They really pamper you from the moment you arrive.
