The Verizon in Auburn was great. There was no wait time and Donovan, who helped me was terrific. My daughter wanted a gold 6? iphone and he went out of his was to find one for her and had everything ready to go when I got there. It was a pleasure dealing with him

Avoid this place… they are dishonest and shady. They always rotate salespeople and there isn’t a ‘Manager’ to resolve problem. Can you say «Bait and switch»?
Ordered 2 iPhone 6 while trading in 2 older iPhones — was told that the ONLY charge would be the activation fee and 2 year commitment — no other charges at all. I confirmed this with the rep and he told me that they would take my 2 phones in trade and give me credit — simple and easy… so I thought.
When the phones come in, I pick them up and am told by a different rep that I have to pay $ 240 per phone and I will get a credit from Verizon. After expressing my complete dissatisfaction, another rep. came over and basically called me a liar saying the original rep. wouldn’t say that. When asked about a Manager, was told that there really isn’t a Manager there.
Additionally, I was promised a call from the original rep. — that hasn’t happened (shock there). Unfortunately this isn’t the only shady experience with this location — 2 weeks prior ex-​wife went in for a simple phone and they signed her up for a 2 year deal without consent — then tried to say it wasn’t the case — thankfully she had a witness.
AVOID THIS PLACE

I am going to make this simple by saying that the Auburn Verizon store messed up my plan when I purchased a phone and wouldn’t fix it. I was told to call Customer Service instead, so I went to the Verizon in North Grafton and they were helpful, knowledgable and fixed all the problems I had. I will be going there from now on.

I have bought a few phones here, the service is good. Although I do sometimes get the feeling they will do whatever they can to get a sale. They are a sales company so this to some degree is to be expected. There are many kiosks inside staffed by one person, ususally a young man dressed up nice in a suit and tie. The place is gorgeous and I gave them three stars for the décor and for service.
