Took my computer in to have a virus removed. Work was done quickly and at a great price! ($ 100 less than other places).

I brought my computer here to repair an operating error. 3 return trips and 4 weeks later, and I still have a broken computer. Please, please don’t use these guys. I wasted 85 bucks and a ton of time running my computer back and forth. Not to mention all the time it took to reload all my programs after they reinstalled windows. Don’t do the same

The fact that this place even exists on Unilocal is an embarassment to the internet. Yes, the whole internet.
Brought my laptop in here because the power cord connection was broken where it plugs in. I received a call back two days later and they informed me it was not able to be fixed because THE MOTHERBOARD was fried. This made no sense as I had been jiggling the powercord to get it to work, where it would charge fine, but then got sick of it.
When I got there, there was a crack in the frame of the laptop next to the powercord and it had been SUPERGLUED. I told them that was not there when I brought it in and the dude deined that was the case. He also then said it wouldn’t start at all even with a cord used from the inside of the machine.
Talked to the owner/​manager and he asked the kid his story and he believed him instead of me. Explained how it was checked in and that none of the new damage was documented upon checkin blah blah blah and that was it.
Ended up having to bring it down to Best Buy, which I didn’t want to do so brought it local in the first place and they told me a screw was not removed while doing the repair and then solder was used to try and repair the broken areas that jacked the mother board.
Told this to the owner and he still told me to more or less f off.
DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE. Auburn has a couple of other good options that keep you out of the Galleria jungle.
