Ok, so I’ve been bothered for a while now about a few things. First let me say that I really like the coffee here. The drinks are consistently the same every time you order. The people are very friendly and nice. That being said here are my complaints. I realize that this is a young hip place to work, however how about turning down the music a little. It’s very frustrating that the people can’t hardly hear what your saying to them and they have to hang halfway out the window to talk to you. My only other complaint is sometimes there is way too much time chit chatting with customers after the transaction. Listen I get it, your friendly and your building that customer base in hopes of repeat customers who tip. But if I’m in the line and your hanging out the window talking after the drink(s) have been handed out and the customer has paid, I start getting frustrated. I’m glad your busy, I hope your business is successful for a long time to come. But sometimes I won’t stop because I know I’m just gonna get ticked off at the length of time I spend in the line due to this.

Ok. What is going on? You had been the best! The drinks are fantastic, the people working are not. The thing I liked most was the fast service. A person comes out to your car to take your order, not stand there and chat until you get to the window. What’s the point then? Pre-order is to make it faster, not only pre-order next car, what about the 3 behind that one? That day I think it was 3 cars deep and took 15 minutes to get thru. The next time the window clerk knew the person in the car in front of us and talked for 10 minutes. I get the need for customer service conversation, but its getting out of control. I now skip getting a coffee if I need fast service.

If you happen by any DB you will meet some of the most genuinely happy people around. I don’t think its just the coffee its the peripheral atmosphere of loving a place you work at and sharing this with the customer. Every time I come by they know my order and always delivery fantastic customer service. I wish more companies had this affect on their community. Keep up the super work, P.S they don’t charge for awesomeness…

Stopped by in a full car of 7 people on the way back from a mini snow trip in Reno. I don’t drink coffee much but I’ve wanted to try Dutch Bros ever since Elissa Alva vouched for it on IG! My cousin goes to the one next to UC Davis a lot so I kept reading the reviews for that location. Great drinks, awesome workers — why wouldn’t we want to stop by since it was conveniently on our way back to San Jose? We got 6 different drinks(8 in total!) and we loved every single one of them: iced Cocomo, hot Annihilator, iced Chai Latte, iced White Russian, iced Dirty Macchiato, and iced Cookie. Just like that we got 8 stamps on our stamp card! One sip and I was HOOKED. The Annihilator, Chai, White Russian, and Cookie weren’t too sweet but of course that depends on your sweetness preference. The Cocomo had just the right amount of coconut, so I was surprised because I thought the coconut flavor would overpower the drink. As we sat in our car waiting for our drinks, the worker who took our order noticed how packed our car was so he asked us how our day was and why our car was so stuffed. I didn’t catch his name but he was very personable and genuinely wanted to know what we were up to! It didn’t seem forced at all. I peeked inside and saw the workers laughing and happily making our large order so that was nice to see! They seemed to be full of energy, making drinks and singing along to the music. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to wrap around the other side of the drive-thru to pick up our drinks so he told us the two windows on opposite sides were just two separate lines. He guessed correctly that this was our first time so after confirming that, he pulled out two more stamp cards and gave us 10 stamps on each to redeem for a free drink! He even asked me to give him the original stamp card so he could fill in the last two stamps! Even though lots of reviews kept saying that most times they’ll give you a free drink if you tell them it’s your first time, we didn’t expect to get anything at all! As you can probably tell, I was very excited. :) So we left with three full stamp cards but I didn’t know when we’d get the chance to use them since the closest Dutch Bros is over 1.5 hours away from home. Much to our surprise, as we left to head back on the freeway, we noticed another Dutch Bros on the same main street!!! We just had to stop by to redeem all three free drinks!!! I had read that there’s no restriction on your free drink so we ordered all large sizes because why not? I just wish they’d open a location in the South Bay. Until next time, Dutch Bros. TL;DR — good, quality coffee — reasonable prices — friendly, upbeat workers — fast service — A1 customer service!!!

We don’t make it through Auburn as much as we used to but we try to stop here whenever we can. Besides the tasty drip coffee, the er911, and funky monkey, they have their very own Winnie Cooper. Seriously, does it get any better than that?(Hi Winnie!)

I love Dutch Bros, we’re so lucky to have two in Auburn. A very fun place to get your morning fix. The employees are always friendly and upbeat. Give this place a few tries and like me you may never go back to starbucks again!

Went here yesterday on the drive home from Grass Valley. I had never been to a Dutch Bros before, but had heard great things and was excited to try it. So I pulled up and it was POURING rain. A woman comes up to the car in a rain jacket to ask for my order. I had no idea what to order, so I asked if there was a menu. I’m sure I looked completely confused because she gave me a big smile and said«Aw, you’ve never been here?» On her recommendation I got the White Mocha, which was delicious. I got it hot, since(as I said) it was raining cats and dogs. Overall, the experience was so fun and enjoyable. The drink was great. The employees were beyond happy(caffeine + sugar maybe?) and I wish I lived closer to this kiosk… I’d be a regular!

I had a 2 previous experiences at a different Dutch Brothers near American River College in Sacramento on Madison. Both experiences were negative– not because of the customer service, but because of the drinks. They added much more syrup to mine versus my friends’ drinks, but they claimed that’s how it was supposed to be both times even though I had tried the other drinks our group had ordered and there was far less of a sugary taste in the others. I needed caffeine desperately on my way home from class today, and I accidentally passed Starbucks, so I decided to give Dutch Bros a try for something more basic: green tea. The guy at the window(around 7pm on October 6), was suuuper nice from the start. And when he asked what I usually get, I said«nothing…I go to Starbucks because —insert previously explained failed drink situation here — « He immediately handed me back my credit card and said that hopefully my green tea today will change my mind and that the drink was on the house. My green tea did change my mind! It is only 30 cents more expensive than Starbucks and the tea tasted much better! It’s not as strong, but has a pleasant flavor– no bitterness at all. 1⁄3 experiences was positive, which isn’t very good odds, but now I won’t be totally closed off from it anymore, and will be returning on my way home from class once or twice per week.

The coffee tastes like kindness. I was having a really bad night and stopped here for a quick cup of coffee before an all night visit to the hospital to be with a family member. They asked how I was and being honest said it wasn’t a good night. Normal employees say, sorry to hear that. Here, they stopped and showed they cared. Who does that? They will see me here much more often and won a customer for life. So happy I stopped here. Thank you!

This place is the best! They are so excited about their coffee and serving you. It is such a great way to start the day. They even gave me a free drink last Mother’s Day! So Sweet! Starbucks needs to step up their game! If you aren’t sure what to order just ask they are so friendly and want to help you pick the perfect drink!

Overall they are always friendly and that is awesome. I guess I might just be getting too old, but the only reason I dont go often is becaus the music is usually horrible and offensively way too loud for me. I understand that is part of their image and appeal to others so I think its worth a shot(no pun intended;).

We spent a day on the American river and were gearing up for a two hour drive back home. It was 9:55 and we saw that this was open for another five minutes. Usually I expect employees to be bummed that people come that close to closing time(I probably would be) but whoever was there(I wish I knew their names! One guy had a nose ring? He was legit) were all amazing. They were so peppy and welcoming and helpful and talkative! I HIGHLY recommend this place at least over Starbucks ;)

Great service and coffee! It was our first time going and asked the barista what he recommended. He made everything sound good with his pitch. I was going to have a late night so I decided on the 911 with an intense blend of Irish cream and 6 shots of expresso.

Been hooked on Starbucks for 20 years. Was visiting my grandma today and she told me to try Dutch Bros on my way home(it’s a two hr drive). Did it, and can’t believe I haven’t tried it before… It was DELICIOUS. Smooth, balanced, and packs a real caffeine punch! ANDTHESTAFF… SOOO flipping awesome!!! I have never received such friendly service in my life. Shout out to the upbeat, goofy dudes who were working closing shift tonight. You guys are AWESOME! Only wishing there was a Dutch Bros in Stockton where I live. I would be there every morning,
