Facility was clean, and a climate-controlled storage bin was reasonably priced. I like that it’s near everything but not on a super-busy road, so it’s relatively easy to get a moving truck in and out. It was less expensive than a competitor who is in a less-convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was there on a Sunday and noticed that the front door was not closing all the way, so I called to let them know. Not only did an actual human being take my call (not voicemail or one of those annoying robot menus), but somebody showed up to fix it almost immediately.
