This is a great, well kept mobile home park. Location is perfect as its close to shopping, restaurants and all kinds of stores. There is also various sizes of mobile homes so can find one that fits your budget. There are several little small parks that you can use and a beautiful clubhouse that holds various events or can just use to watch TV, play cards, etc. Space rent is $ 550 which includes water and trash and you are billed for gas and electric. Management is great and a great park to live in, in a beautiful town.

I have a friend who lives in this mobile home park. Whenever I visit, I am impressed with the convenient location, and the well-​maintained neighborhood. It feels very safe and secure. We are able to walk to dinner and everyone is really friendly. We have used the club house on a couple of occasions which has come in handy. When I retire I will be retiring to this mobile home park.
