Disappointed. Order my usual, and when it arrived freaky fast… it was freaky the wrong sandwich. Called to complain, they offered to bring out a new sandwich. I only have a short lunch break so that was not feasible. Then they offered to credit my phone number for a another sandwich later on… that was a bonus. The phone number they entered it on… yea was the wrong number and they are trying to fix the problem. But are unsure what to do. The gentleman I talked to, didn’t seem like he wanted to b at work and his phone etiquette proved that. The only reason I’m giving them a 3 star is the problem was finally taken care of.

I work right across the street from this JJ and they’ve always been lightning fast as promised. I had to dock two stars though because one time I ordered a sub and the lettuce was old. But that was just one time out of the dozen times I have ordered. Still no excuse for old lettuce!

I am a huge Jimmy John’s lover, so it hurts my sandwich soul to have to rate so low for one of their locations. Yesterday, my fiancé and I ordered sandwiches for delivery. We ordered online and really had no problem up until 30+ minutes later when we began questioning where our delivery was. My fiancé ended up calling to ask what was taking so long. The employee on the phone told us that we ordered pick-up and not delivery and our sandwiches has been sitting out waiting for us three whole time. He proceeded to argue with my fiancé about how it we «didn’t» order delivery and that it showed up as pick up. First of all, you shouldn’t argue with the customer, and even if it showed up as pick up why were we not informed our sandwiches were ready and waiting? The employee also told us they didn’t deliver to our house, which would have been nice to know when we placed the order online. Anyways… so we asked if they could please remake the sandwiches so that we could cone pick them up. When we got there we were greeted with the same hour old sandwiches at this point and we were told they were remade. We got into the car and opened up the sandwiches only to realize they were the old ones and were already going bad, and one wasn’t even made properly. Once again we were argued with about the sandwiches. Finally once my fiancé and I were at our wits end they decided to accommodate us. I love jjs, but I do not recommend this location.

The sandwiches are always delivered really quickly here. The quality seems to be consistent and in the number of times that I’ve ordered a sandwich and had it delivered I haven’t been disappointed. One thing I do wish when I have a sandwich delivered is that they would give me a napkin. But that’s not a big deal.

Sandwiches are good and they’re ready crazy fast. Been there 3 times and still can’t find the napkins! I think they hide them!

YAY! Now I don’t need to drive to North Auburn. This location just opened a few weeks ago and is located in a new strip mall across the street from the main mall(right between Menchie’s and Comcast). I don’t need to go into great detail on the food… it’s Jimmy Johns. They make subs, the bread is fresh and it’s fast and relatively inexpensive. I really dig their BLT subs. They do have a good amount of seating(it’s all located to the left hand side of the shop). There’s a few outdoor tables as well but those won’t do you any good now that it’s fall and will be raining for the next 9 months. I have yet to call in an order delivery but I’ll probably try it sometime in the next few weeks and do an updated review.
