This place is AWESOME! I have been going here for about a year and get my lashes done here. The owner and staff are very personable, the environment is soothing, and the establishment is super clean. I have never had my appointment cancelled and one time the person I usually schedule with was not available and someone else was able to accomodate. I have only been kept waiting once and am always offered water, coffee or tea. Most of the time there are treats when you go in, if you want a little snack. They sell amazing candles and offer a number of treatments. They show appreciation for their clients with open house and specials monthly! I love going and I get to relax and have good conversation (or not –sleep) while having my long luxurious lashes revealed… thank you Aub!

Aubree did my eyebrows! I absolutely love them and makes it so convenient to not have to pencil them in every day. She made sure that I was completely happy with them before I left. Besides the professionalism her shop is super clean and very welcoming. She’s always available to answer questions when I need answers I would definitely recommend all my friends here Aubree is the best as well as her staff.

Love it here! The girls are genuine and awesome ! And their work here is the best I’ve had done, the best lashes, the best facials, and the warmest and zen place to lay down and relax!

Aubree Jackson is an amazing instructor, and makes sure all of us women here are up to date with every technique and makes sure we have the best product. Love Your Skin Day Spa is very unprofessional and needs a customer service overhaul. I booked an appointment 30 days in advance using a coupon for eyelash extensions as a birthday gift. When I called the day before to confirm, I was told I was now booked with a different person and the coupon was no longer applicable. After some haggling, the owner said she would give me a partial discount on the service with the new person, and I asked her to tell this employee about the discount in advance so I wouldn’t have any trouble the next day. On the day of the appointment, we had to wait more than an hour past our appointment time to be seen. (In other salons, clients would be called ahead in such situations and notified about the delay or offered another appointment or even offered a discount– none of that happened here. We just sat in the waiting area). When it was time to pay, I was charged the full amount — not the discounted amount promised by the owner. Because it was a gift and I didn’t want to make a scene, I paid in full. Nevertheless, we will not be back. It was a major hassle to deal with this unprofessional business.

This is the second time my appointment has been cancelled within an hour of my appointment. I already drove an hour to get to auburn and she tells me she can’t come in? Again??? All I want are some permanent eyebrows and there are plenty of shops willing to accept business. She won’t honor any of the coupons listed on Unilocal,so be aware. Don’t buy them ahead of time thinking you can use them.

Amazing place. Very clean. Smells great! Aubree has done my eyebrows, waxing and tattooing, she has tattooed my lips, she has done my lashes. Love her! Love this place. Will always go back. Highly recommended!

Got my eyebrows and a facial — fell asleep it was so relaxing.

Went yesterday during a promotion and Botox event. Was quoted $ 400 for my treatment. When I got there I was chatting with the doc about the injections and she said oh, it’s $ 500. I felt so uncomfortable I feel the price I was given prior to coming in should have been honored. I felt so uncomfortable and it was so awkward and I don’t feel that they did a good job customer service wise in that situation. It actually was a pretty unprofessional experience. Thumbs down!

Changed my appt time without asking or confirming with me and then charged me for not showing up? Classy.

I have been to the spa several times. It’s hard to relax when the owners kids are running around. The kids are pleasant but when visiting a place to relax and get away, I don’t really want to feel like I’m still at home. I found out recently that the owner (Aubree Jackson) has made comments in regard to my personal life, which I find personally offensive and unprofessional. I do not know her on a personal level. I didn’t find it necessary for her to make uneducated judgements about me based on what she «thinks» she knows. As far as me ever going back to her spa the chances are slim to none: it is a cute, nice place but once you hear what is said about you after you leave, you might want to reconsider your visit… Small town, news travels fast.
