I’ve been training at TPS with Matt for awhile now. I’ve never been more comfortable working out with a personnel trainer then I do with Matt. He is very knowledgeable, positive & encouraging(all the trainers at TPS are the same way) His workouts are tough but I always feel accomplished when I leave. The studio is great. There are never more then 2 or 3 people working out at the time. They have a separate fitness room where they offer a wide variety of classes. I especially like the boot camp class on Saturday & Sunday. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

While Joey is no longer with TPS, I would like to note that you can expect excellent training from any of the other top-notch trainers at this one-on-one, personal training-only gym.

Awesome one on one training!!! If you are looking for a health related life style change, this is the place! The trainers are ALL incredible and genuinely care about YOU! I’ve been with TPS in the past and because of personal circumstances have had to take a leave of absence. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I plan to go back so PLEASE check this place out! Incredible people that are dedicated to YOU, HEALTH and FITNESS :)

One would think being in the medical profession would bestow some degree of healthful living on you, but think again. Many doctors, certainly this one, have multiple issues with overeating/poor food choices, lack of commitment to exercise, and lack of knowledge on how to exercise without hurting oneself. Since day one, I’ve attended TPS and had the benefit of Tim’s continued guidance, patience, wealth of knowledge and inspiration to keep my perspiration flowing in their gym. The new place is par excellance, but it’s the old fashioned people skills that Matt, Tim, and the rest of the crew bring to the table that keeps me coming back. Besides moving better, feeling better, and having more energy, I’ve lost 30 pounds and know that between my work and they’re support, health in my life will continue to improve. You can’t go wrong with these folks. Buy a 10 pack of sessions-you’ll never regret it!

I have been training at TPS for a few years now. My trainer is Tim and as far as trainers go, he and the other trainers here are as good as it gets. They are not like trainers at other gyms, where, they may or may not be there the next week and are often not personally invested in your progress. Each of them is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable about what they do. They are happy to explain what and why you are doing the exercise that you are and while they know that you may have your own fitness goals, they know how to push you beyond what you think you can do. And while, I do workout with one specific trainer, I know that each trainer is interested in my progress and how they can help me reach my goals. I have lost 50 pounds in the last year while training at TPS. Tim has definitely guided my exercise progress, encouraging me to begin running 5k races. However, he has also guided my nutrition to help me reach my weight loss and fitness goals. He checks in with me each time I come in for a training session(and often on days when I’m not!) There are monthly weigh-ins, measurements, and fitness tests to track my progress. We talk about what’s going well and what I still need to work on and how to work on it. I also take the Boot Camp class on Saturday mornings. I love this class. It’s early, but it gets my weekend going! The music is loud, the pace is fast, the company is great, and the workout is tough! The knowledge, confidence, and health that I’ve gained at TPS is priceless. This place has changed my point of view from exercise as something I hate to do. Exercise is now my lifestyle. I love it! I love coming here!
