I am very pleased with Adam Wiener’s appraisal services. From my initial contact requesting two date-​of-​death home appraisals, Adam was responsive, informative, supportive and very pleasant. He not only reviewed the process in depth, but his request for details and background info raised my confidence in his capabilities.
Adam Wiener’s conduct of the appraisals was thorough and skillful. Given the sales agreements that ensued, I’d say his appraisals were «spot on». The property sketches included with the appraisals were incorporated into the listings as an aid to prospective buyers.
Throughout the process, Adam Wiener, of Aladdin Appraisal, provided helpful recommendations to assist my family with the preparation of the homes for sale. His positive, open and friendly responsiveness contributed to a great working relationship.

As a residential mortgage lender, I have worked with a number of appraisers and appraisal companies. It is a relief whenever I receive an appraisal back from Adam Wiener and Aladdin Appraisal. Due to current legislation, mortgage lenders are not able to speak directly to the appraisers, but I can always count on a complete and accurate appraisal turned around in a timely manner. I know Adam uses the best available comparables to determine true market value. If you need a private appraisal, I highly recommend you reach out to Adam and Aladdin Appraisal!

Adam sent to one of my properties once. In my option he’s absolutely amazing. He was very thorough in his work and gave me a full exploitation of everything he did and needed from me so I can have a better understanding for the business on his end. He was absolutely fantastic to work with! He has left the doors of communication open between us so whenever I have a question I can ask him, and he is always ready and willing to give me solutions. I hope one day everyone gets to work with him, he’s truly on top of his game!!!
