FYI… as of about a month or so ago, pelican’s started accepting debit and credit cards. yay to that!!! And also, you can now add evaporated or condensed milk to your sno cone. I’ve tried the condensed milk and it’s delish!!!

Wonderful shaved ice. Every falvor imaginable plus some. Great price and a wonderful place to stop on a hot summer day! Wish they had a phone listed to check their hours of operation.
