I’m hooked! I love the positive energy and vibe at Soul Beat. They push me to be my best me and to get out of my own head each time I’m there. They challenge and kick your butt in every workout. All 3 owners are hard working moms that understand the importance of taking time for yourself to just be better for your kids. Love, love, love it!

Today was my first ride at the studio and I couldn’t be happier. Shoshana was very welcoming and encouraging…as were the other folks that I met. I can’t wait to head back and take more classes. Thanks everyone! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was really hard to hear what the instructor was saying so I wasn’t always sure what what going on. I caught on quickly and left ridiculously sweaty…that’s a great way to start off a Friday!
