Chick-fil-A

Recently visited this chic fil a, as it’s right by my house. It was raining so I decided to go through the drive thru. The line was wrapped around the building, but the line moved surprisingly fast. I ordered some nuggets, a sandwich (which I’ll discuss later), and fries. I was really please at how fast I received my food despite there being a ton of cars in line.
Once getting home, I realized they forgot to give me my chicken sandwich even though it was on my receipt. The first time ever this chic fil a has messed my order up, so I won’t hold it against them too much. I called and they added my name to «the book» and I just went and picked up my sandwich the next day. All in all, the food was great (once I had it) and I enjoyed it.
Also, for all you sauce lovers like myself, they weren’t stingy with the sauce here.

This is quite possibly the best chik fil a I have ever been to. The service is outstanding and the southern hospitality is great. Thanks for making my experience and food so awesome!!!

Every time I eat at Chick-​Fil-​A not only do I feel healthy (guilt-​free), but I know my money is going to a business that cares about customers and employees.

When I am out in town looking for something healthy to eat on the go and don’t feel too worried about the price, I always think Chick-​Fil-​A.
The house sauce, sandwiches and fries scream QUALITY. Say goodbye to your McCrap sandwich that’s always dry and just fork over and extra couple of bucks here. Your body will thank you, I guarantee it!
I usually get the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo. The tomato is always juicy dripping down the sandy, with a soft bun and really moist chicken. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order TBH.

Clean and spacious, with a great staff. The spicy chicken deluxe and lemonade I ordered were just what I wanted. It did not take long to get the food either, which was ideal for my situation. Good CFA location that you can count on.

So, I am a SAHM and today for lunch I took my 3 year old, almost 2 year old and 6 month old kiddos to Chick– Fil –A. You can only imagine how full my hands were. The staff is awesome. The manager was polite enough to grab the doors for me, the other staff members just really went out of their way to help me with the busy little people in my life. I say all that to say it’s not the fries (although very good) that makes me spend my money at Chick Fil A, it’s the customer service. My son ate all of his nuggets and before I could attempt to get up to place another order, staff was there to get it for me. It’s good to go to an establishment where you are treated as a real «valued customer». So Kudos to the mangers and staff at the best Chick-​fil-​A in Augusta!

For some reason I don’t usually eat at Chick fil A, but I should because the food at this location is great. The customer service is outstanding. The restaurant is kept clean even during their lunch rush which by the way is extremely busy. If there is a down side to this location it would be parking. The parking lot stays full most of the time, but I guess that’s a plus for the business and a endorsement of how good the food and the customer service is at this location. Give them a try, even if you have to park in an adjacent parking lot. Keep in mind if you don’t like a crowded restaurants try them anytime except lunch time. Because they busy busy busy.

I’m going to take one star for location/​access issues. This place Is always so jam packed around meal times that getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. You can also only enter coming from the right. Yup-​no left turn from Walton Way Ext.
Otherwise this place does a great job handling the volume– still putting out that delicious food we all love.

CFA is my favorite fast food restaurant. My kids love it, too. I always order a large Arnold Palmer because they’re so good & I can get free refills. Nice. The salads are always fresh and I really like the avocado dressing. This place also often has events for the whole family like free pictures with Santa, pajama parties or arts & crafts. The play area is a little smart but it is clean. This place is awesome.

We walked in right before the dining room closed. We didn’t want to be «those people» but they assured us we were welcome to dine inside and leave at our leisure. They were so nice and friendly!

Always good food! Customer service was great except the big ass black female manager. What a rude body! Thanks to the 2 young white boys who saved the day! They were cuties too!

Anyone who has anything bad to say about this place is NOT American !!! haha. This place is just simply awesome: D

Aw man… this is what I dream of when I think about the South. My first Chick-​FIl-​A was in downtown Atlanta and I had no clue they were closed on a Sunday. I think there still might be a picture of me on my knees yelling, «noooooo!» in front of the doors. It’s pitiful but after one chicken sandwich, I pretty hooked.
I try to stay away from fast food otherwise I’m going to be one of those TLC specials about the ladies who are trapped in their beds. Why does food that terrible for you taste so good?!
I like how everyone here is so Disney-​like friendly and on top of everything. I can’t make a mess without someone standing by to clean it up for me and tell me to have a nice day. If only they were open on Sundays, they’d probably have a weekly customer for life since Sundays are my junk food days.

I hadn’t been to Chick-​fil-​A due to personal beliefs in over a year. But I was in the area and hungry and decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat. Everything was just as I remembered it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for their jobs and did it with genuine smiles on their face. The food was just as tasty as I remembered but it did seemed like their food portions were a little smaller or maybe my stomach has gotten a little bigger!!! But the food was delicious. This particular location has gotten a recent face lift. It looks pretty nice. The interior was prestine!!! You can tell they take pride in the apperance of this place. It was quite busy the day I dined here but the staff had everything under control and the business ran as smooth as one could. I was really impressed with this establishment and really enjoyed the food.

Wow! Totally awesome experience. Went in and waited for a friend in the indoor play area which was super clean. Awesome for little kiddos like mine (toddler). We ordered and I had my hands full so the cashier brought my food to the table! Then the floor attendant (no idea what they were called but she was making sure everything was clean and nice in the dinning area) pulled up a high chair for me and put a sick on table may for my little girl and her friend, she even went and refilled my drink when we were about to leave. The manager swung by and said hello and asked how we were (even saw her take out the trash). Let me tell you I was waited on hand and foot here and I plan on going back!
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my chicken sandwich was a weird texture. Not sure if it was cooked all the way or the fryer was on to high. I’m sure if I had said something they would’ve replaced it but I was hungry and I didn’t see any pink.

Newly remodeled and super clean! The atmosphere is that of usual Chick-fil-A’s.
The chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich was wimpy — flat and not very juicy.
Few notes:
— Self-​serve fountain drinks and tea — I made the mistake of asking for a refill and then the worker just walked my cup over to the self-​serve area. Embarassing.
— There’s a mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom!
