Third trip here and no ketchup.,…how hard is it to check the small things. And why not ask if I am eating in before handing me a bag…

Typical Burger King. Nothing special.

I used the drive thru. The lady that took my order was extremely nice. When I asked her what dressings they had for their salads she gladly told me. Then the pick up window!!! Rude rude rude! Lady demanded my receipt. Then I waited for my salads. She gave me half my order and not my salads. She left the window. After 2 min she came back saying… What do you want? … I told her my salads. Then she told me it was in my bag. I said to her all I got was fries and chicken strips. Then she acted as of I was lying to her. 1 I would not waste my time lying about a $ 5 item! 2. I’ve been waiting over 5 minutes. 3 I can see four other people working.
I haven’t been to a bk for 8 years. I only went because my daughter wanted to give this place a try. We won’t be coming back. Salad was good though. How can u get a salad wrong though? Common!
