Came here based off a recommendation from a close friend who always had cool colors in her hair!
I loved my new hair cut and my bright colors. I’ve been back a few times for touch up colors & have never been disappointed.

So very pleased! Danny did a great job. Cut and colored and some highlights. Love love love it! Great salon nice people. Owner takes real pride I will be back!

Wow! I am amazed at the talent of these beautiful ladies! Long story short, I have moved to Charleston, SC and had the worst experience of my life at a salon. My hair had been through hell and back for 2 days straight. My hair was fried from all over bleach and then «toned» the second day to make it look «more natural» resulting in the worst color combo I have ever seen! I had a brassy, grey, ashy x10 striped MESS! When I tell you I cried all night and finished a whole bottle of wine alone, I’m not kidding! My heart was broken and I could not even stand to look in the mirror. When my mom asked if I could be in Augusta early in the morning for an appt at Halo I said you’re joking right? This salon STAYS busy and there is no way they could possibly have an opening for me, but they made it happen. My mom has been a long time, VERY satisfied, client and I had to trust her when she said they would take care of me. Although I was a «work in» I got top notch service. Literally everyone in the salon worked on my head of hair! MY HAIR?! These ladies didn’t even know me, and made me feel so welcome. I am in tears writing this because I owe them everything! I walked out of there with a huge smile on my face and a f/​u appt in 6 weeks that I am completely willing to drive 2.5 hours back home for! Thank you so much Halo! 5 stars is just not enough!

Best place to get any and everything waxed! Facials are affordable and they really get to know you personally!

I was very impressed by Halo Salon! I was just in town for a couple days to visit my brother and was needing to get a few services done that were way over due. My hair is naturally blonde, therefore my eyebrows and eyelashes are as well. I have only ever trusted two other people to tint, wax, and shape my brows and lashes. I was a little nervous going into a salon that I had never been to. I’m so glad I listened to my instinct and booked a appointment. Upon my arrival, they checked me in right away, and set me up with Taylar. She was very sweet and had a very calming presence about her. For you ladies out there that get anything done on your face including waxing or eye lash tinting you know for a fact it sometimes (not always) can be a somewhat uncomfortable process. But necessary. With Taylar, she made the whole time very calm and enjoyable. We had a very pleasant conversation and the time seemed to go by very quickly. She worked carefully and was very precise. She was very gentle and definitely expressed how much she really loves what she does. When she was finished, she gave me a mirror to check out her work and I was amazed! My brows have never looked better, and my lashes were perfect! She even offered to put a some coverup on the little red areas were she had waxed. I highly recommend Taylar! She is very talented and goes above and beyond! Halo Salon is my new favorite place in Augusta!

Wow! This was amazing! I just left this place and I am in-​love with my hair. I was in desperate need of a haircut and Shannon did an amazing job. I am going to a wedding this evening and she hooked it up. My hair looks amazing! The cut is great, style is wonderful, staff is very friendly and professional. I am an out-​of-​towner, but will definitely visit here again. Go see Shannon — you will be elated with your results.

At first I was very satisfied with my wedding day hair and makeup… then I got my pictures back and realized much my hair had fallen and the worst part of it all is that the airbrush makeup made my face white on the pictures… What would cause this!!! I wish I had gotten traditional makeup instead.

I love this place. It has a great modern, nicely furnished atmosphere, yet nothing too fancy and still down to earth. The front desk girl was very sweet. Jenna the hair stylist is lovely. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and she’s easy to talk to. I will only come here from now on!

Five Stars for Jessica! She’s very good at what she does, professional and sweet. I get compliments on my beautiful red mane constantly. The salon has a nice set up and the products they use smell amazing:)

Never coming back here again…
They cancelled on my massage appointment 3 times: I had a Saturday morning appointment, they called to cancel on me about 10 minutes prior. Rescheduled for the Saturday morning 2 weeks later, called me the day before to reschedule me from the morning to the afternoon. Finally, the day of the massage I’m told the LMT is unavailable to do a 90 minute as schedule, she can only do 60min.
I get massages pretty frequently from all over (I travel a lot). My massage that day was very mediocre (I did not get the therapist listed in the staff section of their website). The LMT couched a lot and paused a lot. Not worth the price that was charged.
I overcharged/​under-​serviced. I was supposed to get a 60 min massage, at the most I got 35 mins of actually massage. I walked in the door at at 2:40PM, waited 5 – 10 minutes and was paying as I left at 3:30PM.
Last, they were unable to produce a receipt, not an indicator of a good business.

Got here early… nice salon… i like the open space… smells like a spa. comfy waiting lounge… friendly staff!
I signed up for the Hair Treatment (30 min). AMAZING! She gave me great tips on how to keep my hair hydrated. The massage and treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. Definitely coming here again!

Go see Shawn Johnson for all of your nail needs. She easily dominates the local nail art in the area and has excellent bedside manner.

Jenna did my eyebrows and was really nice on top of doing a fantastic job. My only complaint; The front desk ignored me for a little bit and no one in the salon came forward to greet me, which was a bit strange. The salon itself has great décor and a modern, hip feel.

The staff here are very friendly and tried hard to get us two masseuses at the same time in the small window of time that my husband I had to get our massages. We had them set for this morning, but when we arrived we found out that one masseuse was going to be a half hour late. So, to make up for not being able to keep the agreed upon time they offered us one of the massages for free. So we looked at the other offerings to see what we could spend the extra money on that could fill in our time and chose pedicures. As it turned out though the front desk lady couldn’t get anyone to do those at the time, so she suggested we extend one 60min massage into a 90min one, which we decided upon. So in the end we left a little later than planned, but we got two massages for the price of one and they were both wonderful. :)

I got the prenatal pedicure and it was wonderful. They have a trendy atmosphere and friendly staff. The only negative was during my pedicure (which is 90 minutes) someone used the same room for an eyebrow wax. It would have been 5 stars if it had remained private or at least been another relaxing treatment. The wax brought tension into the room.
