Marcella’s Fine Cigars & Tobaccos

I was really disappointed when I came here. There was a young teenager with his friend behind the counter and they were too busy playing on the computer and texting to even acknowledge me. When I asked them about a few cigars they didn’t know anything about the cigars. When I lit my cigar I was told there is no longer smoking in the store because it gets too smoky and they don’t have a way to remove the smoke. The prices are high here, even by Atlanta standards. Between the price gouging to take advantage of the Hooters drunks, no smoking in the shop, and the terrible service I won’t be going back.

Good cigar and tobacco shops are becoming harder to find. The whole time I have lived in Augusta, I have always depended on Marcella’s to have what I am looking for or will order it for me. They have a very spacious large humidor, a small lounge where you can sink into the plush leather, relax and have a smoke. Marcella’s doen’t carry just cigars, they carry pipes, pipe tobacco, a large selection of Zippo Lighters, Vertigo Butane Lighters, cutters, and much much more. They also carry humidors, a display of handcrafted aluminum characters, ashtrays, hookahs and hookah supplies, hookah tobacco from well known brands such as Fantasia, Starbuzz, Cosmo, and Al Fakher. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Marcella’s continues to get new types and brands of cigars rotating fairly often. If you smoke pipes (pipe tobacco) or looking for a great cigar, Marcella’s is the place to go. Coming soon will be a cigar created with the female cigar smoker in mind, Moscato Cigars, which are aromatically blended using the finest Moscato Wine. Marcella’s also supports Cigars for Warriors (CFW) by collecting donated cigars to be sent to the troops fighting for our freedom abroad. Marcella’s is now carrying Vape Pens/​Mods and E-​Juice to their shelves. No matter what you need they either have it or will get it.

Marcella’s cigar shop is a nice and comfortable place. The female staff is knowledgable and friendly. The have a wide range of selection in cigars and pipes. I will always stop on when in the Augusta area.
