I was with them for 6 years. Our of the blue, they called me to tell me that my bill was going up $ 200 a month. I was under contract. They didn’t care. I found another provider. The real question is, what would have happened if I breached the contract instead of them? I am contacting the BBB. Beware, they will change the rules right in the middle of the game.

My fiancé and I went to this store this morning a little after they opened at 9am there were two employees in the store and one customer, the employee that was free came up asked how he could help us and when we told him we needed to upgrade my phone he said the other guy would help us in a minute. We stood there for 30 minutes while the first employee sat at a desk doing nothing and the employee that was supposedly going to help us talked to the one other customer about video games… We already came in knowing what we needed and what phone we wanted but apparently fall out 4 is more important than customer service so we will try out another sprint store from now on.

I’ve always experienced great service at this Sprint store! Low wait times with very knowledgeable and friendly staff members. Ray helped me today with Sprint’s ready now service — fixed some glitches I was experiencing and taught me more about the phone I’ve had for over a year.

Ive been a Sprint customer for 5 years and this store is the store I go to when Im having trouble with my phone (and this is the only one that has technical support). Ive had several with my device and service and every time I go here, the employees go above and beyond the call of duty. Being a former customer service rep for a competing service provider I know what their professional life is like. They deal with tons of irate customers, so I know that’s not the right approach when dealing with them. I’m always pleasant towards them and in return they make sure my experience in the store is a great one. The wait is never too long and the employees constant check on you to make sure your wait is comfortable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this store.
