I paid for recycling service two months ago and they still have not picked up my recycling. Every time I call, they tell me that they will send someone out the next day… They never show up. The last time I called, the representative, Cory, told me that they are the only people who service my area so it does not matter. Keep your money.

Never, EVER, thought I’d be reviewing a trash company because it’s hard to believe anyone could screw it up, but leave it to Waste Management to do it! We pay for 1 large trash can pick up per week. If we put 2 cans out, they simply send us a bill for it, and we promptly pay it. Been doing it for over 7 yrs now. However, suddenly, if there is more than 1 can out, they simply do not empty it. Last time it happened, customer service strung me along for 3 days, telling me they would have a truck come by. I had to contact my HOA so I wouldn’t get in trouble with them. After 3 days of my trash sitting out, I spoke with CS again, asked for a manager… she said she’d ck into it. Called me back 20 min later to say, sorry but the truck is only in your town on Mondays, so they can’t pick it up. Now it happened again today. I’m out of town, so my neighbor just informed me that only 1 can got emptied. Went to website which states CS open until 6:00, called the #, and the recording says they close at 5:30. Tried to leave a voice message, but the mail box was FULL, so I wasn’t able to. The company sucks. Poor service, dreadful customer service! I know they don’t have a lot of competition, but I will be looking into another company to take my trash.
