I purchased coffee this morning, French Vanilla, and didn’t try the coffee before I drove away. When I arrived at work, I took a sip, and it was disgusting! Tasted like a bathroom freshener smells. On my way to my next appointment, I went back to the store, and requested a replacement. I didn’t want to take any more chances with the coffee, and asked for tea instead. I was told absolutely not, by the same Asian woman, so I refilled with Columbian coffee instead. Nasty, burned, yet weak, and horrible coffee! I normally go to Dunkin Donuts, and their coffee, though not great, is drinkable, and the counter staff members are usually much more willing to stand behind their products. Seven-Eleven, kiss this possible customer Good Bye!

Stopped in last night for a drink and lottery tickets. When it was my turn to check out the clerk told me it would be a minute. He proceeded to take out his cash drawer and started to count it out! I stood patiently for a few minutes but, by the time he got to the dimes I had to ask if he could possibly ring up my order? Unbelievable! You have a customer standing there and you stop to count out your drawer??? Never again will I step foot in that place. Plenty of places around there(cheaper too) to get what I need.

If I could give a zero here I would. I’ve been going to this store for 7 years. They used to have some great friendly staff. Today I met a rude Asian lady. I had stopped in to get quarters to use their air machine. The machine didn’t work. When I went back in to tell her the first thing she said was«maybe you don’t know how to use it». Really? I’ve used it before and it’s certainly not rocket science. How rude of her. Then she started yelling at me saying«it’s not my machine, no refund». Um, there was no need to yell at me. I had only at this point said to her it’s not working and I do know how to use the machine. She was crass and rude. While it might not be your machine, I am still a customer of yours… well maybe no longer! If you are going to work in the service industry, you need to have a nice attitude. You were awful! Wish the previous owners were back. They were nice and got to know you. I will be checking out the BP across the street now.
