Worst. Haircut. Ever. Seriously — I walked in with sexy, long, layered hair and walked out with a grandma cut. I even brought pics which didn’t help at all — I wanted 1 inch taken off, and she took off 5. No joke. Soooo disappointed. And they really push you to buy other services while you’re there. Annoying! Then, as I’m leaving, she tells me she increased her haircut price by $ 5. Who does that? I must’ve really ticked her off somehow!
