Eclipse Vision Source

I at first gave them a 1 star but the doctor & scheduling should not be penalized for their eye glasses department. I recommend see the eye doctor but fill your eye glass prescription somewhere else.
I love the doctor but do not like Amy from the eye glasses portion. She lost me as a customer for how poorly the staff treated me. Picking up glasses and script is wrong and I can’t see. Didn’t have the transition lens like requested. Failed all around and glasses gave me a headache. They said I needed to go see the doctor again to make sure rx is right. Are you kidding me! First I was never called and told my glasses were in and their response was like oh well I was out don’t know why you weren’t called. No apology or nothing. Now after waiting over a month for the glasses and being wrong is horrible!!! I asked for a refund and when they asked Amy how much. She said one price and I said no it was more. Her response was well there is a restocking fee. I said restocking for glasses that are wrong and I can’t wear? I said don’t you think you should tell the customer? Amy’s response was. You never asked! How rude! I’m sorry doctor but your staff was horribly rude!

Dr. Maybury is super nice and friendly. I’ve gotten eye checks from a lot of doctors, but he was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The office is clean and the assistants are very friendly and helpful! Overall the whole eye check took less than an hour and I was very pleased with the atmosphere of the place! If you’re looking for a place to get your eyes checked, I’d definitely recommend here!

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Maybury and the staff. I wanted a personalized experience that was different from a large chain store. I was not disappointed. From the initial greeting to the eye exam to the ordering of frames, the friendly, very helpful service was excellent. It was as good as it gets when you expect great service.

Dr. Maybury and staff are top-​notch. Unlike many big-​box add-​on optometry places, they will take the time to understand your vision needs and customize your optics to you. Highly recommended.

I had my first visit at Eclipse Vision Source with Dr. Maybury a few days ago. I went to him on a friend’s recommendation. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, and so was the doctor!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Maybury and the friendly staff. The doc really takes the time to explain and educate you as a patron, and he makes sure you have the right prescription. I will certainly be returning. My only issue was when I was ready to look at frames I felt somewhat pressured by a member of staff; he was extremely friendly but I prefer to take time by myself to browse. He was choosing frames for me to try on and giving his opinion on each frame. While I feel this is comfortable for some customers, for me it was the opposite. All in all I am happy with my frames and service.

Eclipse Vision is the best and finest in overall vision care. Dr. Maybury is an excellent professional who pays attention to all details in a manner that is caring, compassionate and thorough. Likewise, his staff is attentive and responsible in all ways. For those who are seeking a vision source that represents everything good in vision care, Eclipse is the place.

Dr. Maybury is a wonderful eye doctor who takes the time to make sure your prescription (and contact lenses) are right.

Dr. Maybury is a great doctor there is no doubt. I however was not satisfied with the amount of time it takes to get the appointment started. I have been in twice and both times have had to wait approximately 30 minutes past my appointment time to actually see Dr. Maybury. Also their selection of frames is not that great if you are used to going to eye doctors that are connected to lens crafters and such stores.

A great place with stylish eyewear. Dr Maybury is a true pro. Donna and Trisha are so fun to work with. They’ll definitely make sure you not only leave seeing better, but looking good in your new glasses.
