Great service and friendly, respectful workers! They replaced our heating unit, which was custom made for our home so install was a bit tricky. They were very efficient and explained exactly how everything was going to be done. Would recommend to anyone.

I was referred to Franzen because they were familiar with the Apollo system that is in my townhouse. Most companies don’t even know what it is. I was given an estimate and felt it was more than fair based on another quote I received. Franzen had experience working with these units. When the guys arrived for the install they were professional, polite and hardworking. Tony is very knowledgable and explained everything they were going to do right from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent service and price. They told me what was wrong with my system and how it could be fixed. They didn’t try to upsell me on a more expensive system or try to pile up add-​ons to raise the cost. Jeremy did our estimate and explained everything. Joe and Jason did a fantastic install and cleaned everything up when they were done, including sweeping my basement floor! I strongly recommend Franzen.

Tony was so great to work with. We felt ZERO pressure from him and his staff. They were professional from start to finish. This estimate was spot on and plan to use him again when we build our second home. Great work guys.

My blower motor went out on my AC, and I called several companies before deciding on this one. They gave me an idea of cost including service call, before coming to my home, and confirmed their estimate after looking at my AC unit. The technician did a great job, but after work was completed and total bill was drawn up, the cost was about 15% higher than the estimate, which was a little disappointing, but I wrote the check anyway. After giving it some thought, I called the owner to let him know I felt like the estimate should have been more accurate, especially after inspecting the unit. I told him his technician did a great job, and I don’t mind paying for that. He told me he wants his customers to be 100% satisfied and that he would refund the difference between the quote and the bill. This all happened today so I haven’t seen the refund yet, but I feel very confident I will. I will follow up in two weeks with another review to confirm refund, but because of fast and excellent service, fair prices, and a willingness to make sure customers are satisfied, I am giving Franzen Heating & Cooling a 5 star rating, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Instead of coming out to fix an easy problem, Tony walked me through the steps to fix it myself! I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.
