Great event. Lots of fun. Terrible name. Makes me sound like a dork saying it. Has a lot of crazy stuff you wouldn’t expect. And, I like anywhere they have live music for free. You can’t beat that. Mark your calendars.

What a great way to spend a Saturday! The location is gorgeous. The vendors are fresh and unique. The people are friendly and interesting. Take the whole family to this event. It has everything you could ask for: live music, henna tattoos, ice cream trucks, coffee, local artists, antiques, collectibles, one-of-a-kind pieces, comfy seating, fresh air, and so much more! The best part? Each event is different because the crowd is always changing. You definitely want to make your way down to experience this free, open-air market yourself.

Great place to find everything from old books to art to knickknacks and everything in between. This is the place to be the second Saturday of every month in the summer(and September!). Cool people and good values!

This is a fun antiques/crafts and flea market mix that only pops up in the summer — the second Saturdays in summer months, to be exact. Located on the one-block-long Water Street Mall in the heart of downtown Aurora, it is fun and inexpensive and full of surprises. You never know what you’ll find and prices are very reasonable. It is well run and Jeanne Norris makes sure the atmosphere is casual and friendly. There is usually live music, too, and often at least one food vendor, plus a small park to one side. Lots of restaurants nearby. Add free street parking and you can’t miss!

If you answer yes to all of these questions, then get downtown on the second Saturday of the summer months. 1) Do you like cool things? 2) Do you like cool people? 3) Do you like good, local music? 4) Do you like to buy and/or sell things? 5) Do you like fresh air and shade? To me, it’s a no-brainer; I’ve either attended or participated in every Louche Puce Market on Water Street Mall in downtown Aurora. It’s a flea market that is second to none. There is something for everyone. Parking is free on the weekends; bring a picnic lunch and eat in the park. It’s fun for the whole family.
