Great place to find some treasures. Some pricey items but also some reasonable. Three levels of antiques. Be careful of the stairs… I came around a corner and took a half step back to get a better look at a hutch, but my foot keep going… there was a stairway there that I hadn’t seen. Almost took a tumble down a dozen steps! Pay attention and don’t allow yourself to get too caught up in the surroundings! :-)

This place is FABULOUS!!! I always suggest this place if someone has the sudden urge to go antiquing. Not only is it an awesome shop, but Aurora is such a cute little town, and the surrounding area is really pretty. The shop itself is crammed full of so much stuff, that it can be a bit overwhelming. The people who work there are VERY nice, helpful, and a tad bit eccentric.(In a good way.) I came wandering in here one day, looking for an antique wheelchair. Now, what are the chances of me finding an antique wheelchair? Very, very slim. But, guess what I found on the second floor of the shop? An antique wheelchair. While I was paying for my newly-found little gem, I mentioned to one of the workers that I like medical antiques. He then wandered down to the basement, but quickly returned with a set of 1950’s x-rays… Of a little girl, who had a bobby pin embedded in her skull. This shop quickly became one of my all-time favorites. And, to top it all off, the prices in this shop are very good, especially considering the surrounding competition.

My favorite antique store in Aurora. I always find something new I have to have. They have a big basement and upstairs. They have books, furniture, glass, tons of roseville pottery, guns, fishing, clothes, jewelry, lamps, and tons of vintage and antique goodies. Just adore this store! A must if you are in the area or antique shopping!

16,000 sq ft of antiques. AREYOUKIDDINGME??? This place was ENORMOUS!!! I kept getting lost and forgetting what floor or what basement I was in. There was an abundance to see, and many beautiful and promising treasures for someone to take home. The owners were very warm and welcoming when we walked through the door, and also informed us that this 16,000 sq ft emporium was composed of two separate basements as well as an upstairs. AMAZING!!! This was well worth the stop. The layout was wonderful and so was the experience. There was so much eye candy I couldn’t hardly carry on a conversation with my companion!!! :) The con was that the Antiques had Antique price tags on them. So after browsing the store for a while, I quit lifting up the price tags knowing that I was probably NOT going to afford it on my middle class budget ;) Although the price tags tended to be out of my range, they were still reasonable within the antique world. I did not find them to be outrageously overpriced at all. PLEASEDONTHESITATETOGOIN. It was by far one of the best antique stores I’ve been to. I definately left with a wish list and a few more dreams.
