Bad service slow as heck I could make my own by the time they get it to you and no one is in line several times it’s happened out side service no better

The cashier that was taking the money at the first window thru the drive thru was rude on September 16 around 6:20pm. Her, and her young friends gave off this really negative energy.

It’s McDonald’s. That’s why I can only give it a max of 3 stars. For a McDonald’s it is one of the best in the area. They recently remodeled and their quality of food improved since then. As for reviews saying it’s not the best area, don’t judge a book by its cover. I live across the street and it is a fine area. Not million dollar homes but no reason not to go out at night.

At the busiest intersection in the morning… I love this place for a quick Egg McMuffin and coffee. It’s very close to the police station too! I feel safer at this McDonald’s because of that!

I only ate here a few times but every time I go it is a visit to forget. I never write a review for a fast food restaurant but I was utterly disappointed when I received my order. First off, the cashier was rude, I understand you don’t like your job but I don’t believe in treating your customers like crap. I ordered & PAID for a large fry, probably only filled about half way. the lettuce on my mcchicken actually had brown on it, that’s just wrong. & my sprite tasted more like mineral water. Additionally, about 2, 3 months ago I found a dark brown hair in my sandwich, disgusting! do yourself the favor & go to the next local McDonalds.

The cashier was not friendly at all. No thank you or anything. I would not go back to this location.

The neighborhood aint all that great, and to prove it they have a «Police only» parking spot right in front of the building. Not a real confidence builder, but hey at least they don’t screw up the drive-​thru when responding to calls there now!

Awful service. I have received a drink without a straw twice and the wrong order once. All my co-​workers hate this place, too. I will not return again.

In recent times, McDonald’s has been undergoing something of a renaissance into trying to become some odd upscale Starbucks-​a-​like, and in doing so, as a parent, I’ve been disappointed to see a number of nice playlands disappear. McDonald’s seems to have forgotten that they have the playland market cornered… so anyways, I’ve decided to review some and share some hints for other parents.
This location has, quite simply, a nice playland, a nice layout, and appeared to be well-​kept. It’s in Aurora, IL, and we’ve only been here once (usually we try to go places a few times before I’ll post a review), but the overall air of the place suggested that management was taking good care of it.
We noticed a bunch of kids running around without socks, despite the posted rules, but the equipment was generally clean and the restrooms were well-​maintained. The restroom in the play area offers a changing table and a seat to strap down a kid while you take care of another. There is a large tube maze for the older kids, plus a platform and small slide for the younger ones. Seating areas to the sides are partially separated, but eating in the dining room is probably a better idea, as it can still get a little noisy.
Giving it 4 out of 5 «for a McDonald’s».
