The customer service was decent. The store was a crap hole. I couldn’t find anything I was looking for. I have no idea why I thought I would have any luck here.

The entire store smells like pot, particularly towards the back door. Took the staff 15 minutes to figure out that they don’t carry Sony batteries. In fact, I’m the one who brought this revelation to light. I had to tell them 5+ times that I am NOT looking for AA batteries. So strange.

I have a love-​hate relationship with Radio Shack. I love that you can find little electronic odds and ends here. I hate the prices. This store was a small one but, had exactly the cable I was looking for. Unfortunately the next stop on my shopping trip was Target and they had the same cable, a little longer, for $ 2 less. When I returned to Radio Shack they refunded my money with no problems.
