I hope radio shack stays open til the end of the age. What’s there not to like about this place? The workers are always friendly. They have everything you could possibly need. They have a battery for everything. And, you know one day you’re finally gonna buy a karaōke machine. And where you gonna go? Yep, Radio Shack.
The only thing un-​noteworthy is how much the batteries cost. Geesh! $ 7 for 1 little round guy. You know what though, I guarantee I’ll be back to buy that little battery.

This is the store I tried to change my cell service through. The manager Sandra did all she could to make the change over work. She basically was working with information given her by AT&T and this information was totally wrong. Because of this, I got a bit pissed. Both I and my son wasted time and it looked like there would be some money lost. However, Sandra took the time and the responsibility to make EVERYTHING right and after a few hours she got me returned to the cellular state that I was in before the whole fiasco started. A person with lesser concern for their customer would have just left me in the mess I was placed in, Sandra went that extra mile, did what was right to do and took on the responsibility of getting it done to my satisfaction. Now this is customer service and she has made me a Radio Shack customer for life… at least any one that she is managing.
