After calling around town to literally every provider that would accept my insurance, this was the only clinic that was courteous enough to call me back. Yes, getting through the voicemail system was a pain, and yes, the lobby was terribly lackluster, but the practitioner that I met with was very courteous, asked insightful questions, and even followed up with me via phone regarding a question that I had about a side effect from my medication. I’m willing to give this place a shot even if it’s not as visually stunning as some other facilities.

The only reason I gave this one star is because zero wasn’t an option. I saw Vicki Grossman, who in my opinion, is in another world. She doesn’t seem very put together, nor did I get the feeling I was receiving the best care. The waiting room is full of home made signs and construction paper. The girl at the front desk(when there is someone there) has the personality of a wet mop and comes across as rude and uncaring. Customer service is definitely NOT a focus at this practice. She put me on 3 different medications in less than 2 months. My chief complaint was tolerance to a medication, she put me on a different one, when I called to tell her I was sick from it she returned my call to tell me she will write a rx for the original medication I was on! She never checked my chart of medical history! When trying to call you get a voicemail where the guy talks for 10 minutes before leaving a message. Be very careful when going here. They never know who you are without you telling them and I know for a fact they don’t review medical history before writing prescriptions.
