Horrible horrible horrible
Bought earrings for kiddo at wood field location with ilsa a week ago and told me if earrings are too big bring it back we will cut them down for no charge. so I called fox valley location and Tammy answered and said the jeweler said he could do it in an hour and as I was having dinner close by and asked if they could and would do it via telephone and they said yes. So I plan dinner and all accordingly to drop off and i was told by rep that jeweler says $ 54 and I m like wtf !! I paid $ 400 earrings cause they could adjust for free and she is like good luck and tells me no one could do that. And I look at rado watch and tells me to buy it here at fox valley location as taxes are less and I told her no thanks!

The quality of the jewelery here is top notch — we have gotten all of our jewelery here for the past 6 years — wedding rings, necklaces, watches, and more. The only NEGATIVE thing is that there is so much turnover that we have rarely ever seen the same sales person twice — and this means that nobody ever recognizes us when we come in, and many times have been treated poorly by the staff. In my opinion, if you spend thousands of dollars in a store and come in on a regular basis, you should be treated with superior customer service, and sadly this is not the case in the Fox Valley store.
