Starbucks

Overall this starbucks is pretty decent. I’ve never had a real issue with any of my orders, the facility is really nice, and the people are friendly. Unfortunately the location is small comparatively and rather busy usually.

The service was extremely slow at the drive through, and not just a little. If not for the curb I would of left after waiting over 10 minutes. The drinks pretty average; typical Starbucks. Service was friendly, though.

Hor.i.ble. This place is the worst, and has been for quite some time. Drive thru is SLOW. Takes at least 15min. Once you get to the window it is clear the staff are not very quick; they seem to move in slow motion. I have tried going back several times, hoping they got more staff, but there has been no improvement. On top of that the «baristas» cannot even make a simple mocha. I have no special requests with my order, and it always comes out burnt or watery. Of course, I don’t know until I’ve driven away and my drink has cooled a bit. They could at least learn to properly make what is on the provided menu! Will gladly choose another location from now on!

Horrible service. The blond girl at the register was rude and grumpy!

I’m writing this in hope that the Manager sees this and fixes the problem. I go here after work so around 5pm and it’s hit or miss if there is a line. Now don’t get me wrong, I used to work in retail, I get it. Sometimes you just are busy and can’t keep up. But most of the time when I go, there is a few people inside and there are a few cars outside… a typical Starbucks. I don’t know what it is about this one but it is soooooooooooooo slow in the drive thru. Today I would estimate it took me with 4 cars in front of me about 20 min to get to the window. At the window, they gave me the wrong drink and seriously did not care. They luckily gave me the drink I asked for after I got a face from the barista like I was inconveniencing them! Look, I get it, working retail is not fun. But suck it up cause that’s where you work and do your job! On a normal basis I see at least 3 people doing nothing and one person working. This is a great location for a drive thru Starbucks and so I am forced to go cause it’s on my way home but I’m at the point where I will drive further and get my booty out of my car to go to a different one. Please fix!

This place gets worse and worse.. . Geez. Get it together. Either they are short staffed or they are just not the brightest on the block. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get 2 drinks.. .

After my previously bad experience here ! This is my go to Starbucks all the baristas are friendly and fast for how busy they always are ! I love going here to get a variety of different things ! However they are faster in the morning than in the afternoon. the drive thru is always packed

Relatively slow service. No customer service skills to speak of. Not the friendliest starbucks we’ve ever been to. The «barista» talked on his phone the whole time he made our weak coffees!

I really enjoy going to this café. Wonderful Service. Very quick to get your coffee! Great items for children also!

This Drive-​thru Starbucks drives me crazy. Sometimes it’s good & quick while other times my drink is wrong & the line is incredibly slow.

Iv been here were the line is too the 711. Nevertheless super fast line the other day I presently surprised that the person in front of me paid for my coffee as it I did the person behind me. Great people in neighborhood fast great tasting coffee Starbucks

This has to be one of the busiest Starbucks in the nation, BUT the line always moves very fast & the people are very friendly! Love the pumpkin flavors this time of year.

This starbucks is extremely fast, even when the drive through line is around the corner I never wait more than 10 minutes for my coffee. I always use the drive through because they get the drinks right everytime. However when I go inside, the drinks never seem right. I’m not sure if it’s because the drive through is the priority or if it’s because of the staff but ¹⁄₅ times I go inside, my drink is wrong. Otherwise, it’s a great spot.

This location has an amazing morning staff. Drinks are always fast and made right. I’ve never complained about them.
The evening/​weekend staff is different. Almost opposite. Drinks are sloppy or wrong. I almost always have something I can complain about.
Recommend you visit the morning shift if possible. The drive thru line might be down the street but you get through quickly. I give it four stars because the morning shift makes up the difference.

It’s Starbucks, so there’s not too much more you can say about it. This one is relatively small on the inside, but super busy. I was in there for a meeting and we could barely hear each other, it was so loud.
They also have a drive-​thru, which is super popular. I don’t think I’ve ever driven by here and not see at least 2 or 3 cars waiting.

Basic run-​of-​the-​mill Starbucks. The service was friendly, the coffee was hot and the rest room was neither dirty or clean.

I always enjoy finding a SBUX with a drive-​thru. There was nobody in line early in the afternoon on a weekday. The pricing was standard. The service was as expected. My drink arrived quickly and was of the expected quality.

On my way from Denver International Airport, I stopped off one of the exits off on E-​470 for some caffeine. I was feeling pretty sleepy as I had only had one small cup of coffee very early in the morning.
It was a beautiful day out — the temp was right around 70 degrees. When I rolled up to this Starbucks — it has the look as if it were fairly new. There was a young guy standing out front sawing away on a fiddle.
This Starbucks has a Drive-​Thru — which they loudly proclaim (see the photo I have attached to his review).
There were two attractive Colorado babes working the counter — something about the west and all of this mountain air — maybe I need to move out west! :-)
Anyhow, I ordered a triple Grande soy latte.
Creamy, delicious, and just what my brain needed to get me safely down to Colorado Springs!
