WORD TO THE WISE — Please take caution and ask alot of questions when opening an account at the Westfield Mall Fox Valley Center T-​Mobile store.
I cannot speak for every sales associate, but there are certain employees that seem to bypass the important account details just to make a sale. Leaving you stuck as a consumer.

With all the recent promotions T-​Mobile has been offering I decided it was time to switch my service from AT&T to T-​Mobile. Having been a AT&T customer for the last 5 years with there unlimited service I have been getting more aggravated by AT&T’s throttling after you hit 5 gig. I also wanted a change from the iphone as I have had one for the last 5 years. This location was packed on a Friday night but the sales people told me they would be with me in just a few minutes. Was really nice to get acknowledged even though they were very busy. Transferring my service took some time as expected but went really smooth. They were able to transfer my contacts off my old Iphone to me new Galaxy s4 (Something I was worried about). I decided to get a case. I went with one of those life proof cases. After taking the phone home people couldn’t hear me with the case on the phone. I brought the case back to this location and they were great with the return. Glad to see such great customer service. Over all very impressed with this location.
