It’s always something with this location. Tonight it was cold hamburgers– like they’d been sitting out on a counter for an hour. I’ve had cold fries before too. The small burgers are usually dry. Orders are nearly always wrong; tonight was missing toppings for a sour cream & chives potato. (At least they had baked potatos; they seem to have them only about 50% of the time.) Also, I often get salad with incorrect or no dressing, or missing utinsels. I seldom patronize Wendy’s anymore– I went tonight only because I had a coupon, and was reminded again why it’s not worth it. So sad; Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast-food burger chain. Now it’s the worst.

Used to be good to go to but lately they have screwed up every order. Once no tomatoes was asked and the manager asked the kid if he did and he lied straight to my and her face… second time they doubled my order up and when they went to fix it they didn’t even say sorry… probably wont return.

I like Wendys.
This particular location has the slowest drive-thru EVER. As another review mentioned– waiting 15 minutes in your car for /fast/food is not uncommon at this location. Oh, you want spicy chicken anything? Add another 10 minutes to your wait.

Wendy’s is what Wendy’s is. This location just underwent a HUGE facelift. So much so, that it was closed for several months while they completely remodeled inside and out. The inside is now very cozy and nice, but you still get that «greasy» smell from the fryer. I usually avoid eating in, I just drive through and take it home. The food is always dependable. Nothing fancy, just plain ‘ol burgers and fries.

Good thing I didn’t finish writing my review before I pulled up to the window, or else it would have been very different.
I love going to Wendys for a cheap meal that tastes decent, but today I wish I had paid a higher price somewhere else for some better service.
The drivethru staff could at least be friendly, right? I really don’t care if you are a high school dropout who hates working here. At least smile when you give me my order. Or say Hi. I don’t know, just a little something to acknowledge that I help pay your paycheck.
Usually they get my orders right here. Every once in a while something is left out, but if you go inside they fix the situation. Today my order was completely botched. Missing three items, and got one I didn’t ask for. Thankfully, Alfredo fixed it for me, and even upgraded my fries to a bigger size for inconveniencing me. Thank heaven for Alfredo being the most personable staff member of the day!
