I have been coming to this location since they opened it. It has become busier since the Kaiser on Barret Pkwy/Dallas Hwy closed but I usually only wait about 15mins or less. I love that I can get same day appointments, email my doctor or call the 24 hr nurse line for advice. If I have an issue after hours and I don’t want to go to the emergency room Kaiser has a 24hr facility in Kennesaw and another one on the south side of town. I also love how everything is under one roof, X-ray, pharmacy, lab etc. They also offer free exercise classes that are even open to non members! My parents are even signing up for Kaiser in 2016.

I hate writing awesome reviews, re-reading them and thinking, «Oh, no… it ain’t like that anymore.» That’s what I’m doing now. For years, Kaiser has been awesome for me and I love taking my son to his little infant appointments up here. They’re always so quick and friendly. We always see the same male doctor for my son. When scheduling, they never even ask me which doctor– they automatically hook us up with the same one we’ve been seeing since baby’s birth. Well, on this last visit, they scheduled him to see someone different– a female doctor. Not too big a deal, but I guess from now on, I’ll have to mention the doctor we prefer. Also, an HOUR? An HOUR wait, y’all? I get it. It’s the doctor’s office and you have to have patience but — no. That’s one of the BIGGEST reasons I chose Kaiser, one being that I liked the doctors here(when I was coming for myself), and the other being that you are literally in and out. This visit just lasted way too long. And the nurses have become very unfriendly. There’s one black female pediatric nurse who is not the friendliest, and she’s been this way on several visits. I don’t want to switch locations, since this one is most convenience. Kaiser may want to refresh its employees on the way things used to be.
