All In One Foundation Repair

We are in the process of buying a house and the seller had several bids to complete the work on the house’s pier and beam foundation. We had an independent evaluation from another reputable foundation company, but ultimately we decided to go with All In One Foundation Repair because the bank required the foundation be fixed before closing on the loan and this wasn’t our house yet.
Robert Knight came out and met with us to discuss the work to be done. After getting started on the work, more wood rotted beams were exposed that couldn’t be seen before removing the mortar skirting. Robert notified us and worked with us on a solution that allowed us to move forward with purchasing the house.
When the appraiser for the bank came back out to the house, he stated that he was very impressed with the work done on the foundation and that it was some of the best he has seen. We already felt comfortable with Robert, but that independent evaluation set my opinion of him even higher.
He is an honest, fair man and I would have no hesitations working with him in the future. Thank you very much, Robert!
