After 4 other technicians created a completely dysfunctional mess of our systems Larry Rone got the job done! He responded quickly and was on site less than 24 hours after our initial call. He is professional, efficient, personable, and his fee is very reasonable. Larry Rone will be our go-to guy on any computer or networking question from here on out!!!

Our small company called Larry at Austin Computer Arts to help us set up Outlook on one of our office computers and connect it to the printer on our server. After 3 ½ hours, he still could not figure out what to do and nothing had been accomplished. He sat his briefcase in the middle of our office floor and watched everyone step/trip around it. I clearly told him several times specific information about our computer/server set-up, only to have him repeatedly ask me the same question about the same subject multiple times. Every time he’d ask me a question, he’d talk over me when I tried answering him… so his visit was frustrating and fruitless… to say it nicely. Finally, he abruptly grabbed his briefcase and stated«I’m done here, there’s no charge. I’m too stupid» and charged out the front door of our office and left our door standing wide open. Wow! Unprofessional and declaring yourself stupid with your new customer as an audience? We just hope he didn’t do any damage! He needs to find a new business venture! He left us appalled and with another work day wasted with no computer access on the workstation we asked him to set up! So don’t do this!

I called and made an appointment for Larry to help me straighten out an email problem. He never fully grasped the issue I was having and after finally getting frustrated with having to re-explain the issue over and over, I asked him to give me the keyboard and I called GoDaddy. He sat there and watched me work out the issue with GoDaddy tech support and for this I paid him $ 150.
