I have worked with the Bercy– Chen team on several projects, each of which were delightful and elegant beyond expectation. Unexpected uses of materials and vivid spaces that delighted and inspired all that witness them. As happy as I am to hear of every international award won, I am less and less surprised by it. They take great risks conceptually and have a great sense of detail practically.

Well I had hoped to give these guys a 5 star rating but looks like after almost a year (anniversary is at the end of April) of waiting for the certificate of occupancy and the punch list to get completed they get a 3. The building they built looks great but without my punch list being finished they get three stars for completing the project and not having the certificate of occupancy right after closing. Ditto for the developer Esperanza Development.
