Do not waste your money or time. I bought two expensive rugs and both are starting to have problems after less than a year. The rugs which are advertised to be handmade are coming apart from the vacuum. I had the owner come out to my house and still have not heard back from them. I wasted a lot of money on this place. Bad product and even worse customer service.

Got a beautiful 9 X 12 rug here. The owner listened to what I wanted and quickly found a rug that was perfect for a fair price. It looks great. I am so excited because it makes the room look so much better. I am surprised by the negative reviews. I found the owner very friendly and helpful.

Went to buy a rug and was only shown a few before we were referred to another store that sold 5x8s. We appreciate the referral however we never even mentioned how big of a rug we wanted giving the impression that we were not rich to afford their rugs. We were willing to drop 5k on one of their very nice rugs but found a comparable rug elsewhere.

Some overly dressed douchebag actually walked away from me while I was in mid-​sentence because a richer looking customer walked in.
Rugs were very thin and cost thousands of dollars.

Very pleased with a cleaning/​restoration they did on an antique rug.
A month earlier, another local place on Burnett did a poor job cleaning it, resulting in discoloration and running colors. Bijan fix it. Mr. Ali came over to our house to look at it first. We decided to go with Bijan and he picked it up the following week. He contacted the manufacturer Odegard to further determine how to get best results. (The other rug cleaner who harmed it did not know how to handle the jute backing under the rug.)
In summary, they succeeded where the other guy failed. Highly recommended for cleaning.
