outstanding service i called bill on a hot afternoon when my ac went out. with a newborn at home we were desperate. after trying several places, that didn’t answer or did not call back, i called bill, not only did he answer but he came over in 20 minutes, had my ac gong in under 90 minutes, friendly, competent, bill was awesome!
