Efficient & friendly tree service. They have all the equipment needed for big and small tree projects. When a big tree branch fell after a storm, Brad & his team were quick to respond. Our big American elm is thriving from last trimming. Approved hack tree removal went smoothly. Fair & reasonable rates. Compared to other arborist in town, I would recommend this local business from our positive experience.

Brad and his team responded overnight to our tree emergency. Working to remove two trees that were about to fall down before a big forecasted rain. His team was quick and cleaned up every leaf.
I would strongly recommend Brad whenever you need tree service.

Brad and his team have removed two trees of ours over the years, both with root rot, sprawling ashes that had run their course. The first was about ten years ago, and they did another one this last month. This last one was a doozy, with limbs intertwined with utility wires coming to our and the neighbor’s houses, and long limbs over the roof. They removed them without damage to the house, cleaned up more than the mess they had made, ground the stump, and trimmed other trees while they were here. Highly recommended.

Brad just finished a big job for me and his guys did a fabulous job. They were quick, safe and cleaned up when they were done. He removed a dead tree, took down a huge arm of a hackberry tree that was in danger of falling on our house, installed a cable on a pecan tree and trimmed all of the pecan trees in our yard. Trees look great and I highly recommend Brad. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is competitive.

I am going to agree with the other reviewer on almost all of the comments. Brad was fantastic when he did our trees several years ago and I am only getting to this review now because I was looking for his name so I could call and get some work done! Black Forrest is really the only way to go!

Called Brad to cut down tree, he never showed for estimate, Called again he never returned call. Not very professional.

Black Forest Tree Service is, well AWESOME! Brad is a great steward of the environment and they don’t just come in and whack down a bunch of trees and then bill you some outrageous dollar amount. Brad takes the time to carefully go thru your priorities and then his crew gets to work. They pile everything up in front and then a little while after the crew leaves a big truck comes by to haul away the branches and debris. I think my driveway was cleaner after they cleaned up than it was before! So many guys out there who mow your lawn and also say they do trees. Well anybody can do trees, heck you could even do it yourself but if you want the real deal and a professional you need to call Brad at Black Forest. I have used him on several occasions and never disappointed. Check it!
