Bradley’s Window and Door Replacement

Well, I would have liked to give this young family business a great review to help them out but I just can’t. Our first experience with them was pretty good. Cost more than they estimated and took a bit longer but we were ok. That was two years ago. This time we had a large exterior paint job to do. I texted Jennifer with the specifics. When they arrived, immediately the cost went up-​job was much bigger than they expected. They didn’t ask for pix of the area. They didn’t have the right equipment so he went off to go grab it while she preps. Ok. I’m still good. Job done with a few things left until next week. Paint looks nice. We ended up paying $ 450 more than the estimate but they stayed late. Ok. So this afternoon I go out on to the back and see a huge pile of sticks. It’s what is left of my antique roses bush. She cut it to the ground. I was home the entire day. They had no problem asking for trash bags ant spray etc. She never once asked me to trim it for her. Or if I minded her trimming it to get to that part of the house. I called, quite upset, no offer to replace what was a really expensive, old floribunda. So when I confronted her, her response was defensive. Later I texted her saying I just don’t feel comfortable having them back after this. She then called, screaming at me. After I hung up on her she sent the following texts: «you will never get money from me for something you were too stupid to get out of the way… and I wasn’t coming back anyway because we don’t like working for stupid greedy bitches…» Sorry. Couldn’t make the screen shot copy over. So yeah. Wow. You can’t make this stuff up.

Jennifer and Nathan did a fabulous job installing the French door with retractable screens. In addition, created semi-​circular steps the length of the door leading out to the patio. It was exactly what we wanted.
Their professionalism and workmanship is remarkable. As a team they did a wonderful job, they we on time, on budget and perfection is what they strived to achieve. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Nathan for any project you may need in your home.

Working with this husband and wife team has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Best value out there. Not only was their bid affordable they did everything the right way. They didn’t cut corners and do things the cheap, fast, and easy way. They did things the right way, even if it meant taking more time. I was very impressed and can’t say enough good things about the work they did. When I look for a contractor I want someone I can trust, someone that is going to do quality work, someone who doesn’t cut corners to save money and someone who is honest. These guys fit the criteria! When unexpected things came up they didn’t try to skirt around it or pass the cost on to me they stayed true to their estimate and did everything the right way. My new deck is beautiful and my kitchen floor is exactly what I’ve been looking for. A+ these guys are rock stars!

This company did a top quality job on my front door where the door jamb had been damaged and cracked. They called and scheduled quickly, arrived on time and completed the job in good time. They also cleaned up. My door is secure and looks like new. Thank you.

Just sending out my review for Bradley’s. This family company did a fantastic job installing our new front door and all our new windows. They were able to schedule within a week and were on time, courteous, competitive, and everything was spotless when they left. Nathan and Jennifer really care about the quality of work and I don’t see how the job could have been done any better.
