I have been in and out of martial arts since 1970 and this is by far the best instruction I have ever received. Professor Duffy is one of the most repected Kenpo instructors in the country. It’s a very small school and that means I get a lot of quality instruction time while I am in class. What you get here is an emphasis on basics, form and function. I love that when being taught a technique I not only learn how but why it works as well. Great kids class too.
