Bait an switch. do not shop here.
wife an i went to warehouse ordered 2 rooms carpet with the showrooms padding of memory foam for an extra 500. it was said to take a week to come in. soooo
we paid an next day a phone call from the installer that the memory foam has just arrived. amazing ! an fast too. hmmm.
so next day they install one room an started on the living room an i yelled at them that this is not the padding i paid the extra 500 to have shipped in.
after some calls an lying to me about the carpet padding being tiny white flecks of memory foam. a lie the maker says it is not an sent me information.
we visited the warehouse next day to get a refund on the over charge. still same lying to us
i pulled a piece of the showrooms padding an showed it was not what i ordered or was laid on the floor. we were baited an switched. an installer was there carrying a piece of the padding an we both told him hey thats what they called memory foam here. he said ya we’v gotten in trouble for installs saying that its memory foam before.
i have reported this to the DA for this.

On May 27, 2014 @ 9:15 AM, Nik and Chris came over to my apartment to clean my rug. They did a good job, but the guy that cleaned my bedroom rug, got too close to my brand new bright yellow (Mother’s Day present) quilt and the quilt is now stained with dirt, and grease from the machine. I’ve spoken to 2 people over there and no one has called me back to make arrangements to clean the quilt, or to offer to send it to a dry cleaner or buy me a new one. If I could upload a picture of how ruined it looks I would. I’m sure that they are nice people, but someone should have contacted me back to let me know when they were going to clean it.
Even though, I know it was accidental, some people should be more aware of how close they get with their machines when they are cleaning.
I’m very mad and disappointed.

These people finally took my quilt to the dry cleaners and it came back like it was 13 days new prior to the accident.

I live in an apartment and have a large dog. Before they came to clean my carpet I vacuum three or four time to make sure I got all the dog hair out.
The guy can in and I took the dog for a walk and he was done quickly and did a great job. I was very impressed and satisfied with the cleaning.
