It was a full week before CG called to set up an appointment after the first contact was made. Once they showed up the contractor needed to order parts. CG called me yesterday to set up a follow-up appointment for today, which was scheduled for between 1 – 3PM. I tried to call them back to see if they could move it up to the morning and only got the voice mail. I left a message and did not get a return phone call. When they didn’t show up this afternoon, I called after 5PM what I think was a home number that was on my caller ID, I finally got someone to answer. They had scheduled me for another day, their mistake. I’m hoping that this is now taken care of and I will finally have the item fixed 2 ½ weeks later.
